Horrible customer service. We asked for 9 breast and 1 thy, the girl on the cashier looked at my husband and said that's gonna be expensive sir in an attitude my husband said it's ok she then made sure to tell him the price which was $30 he said ok she said r u sure he said yes, then he asked for 2 sides SMALL and we specifically confirmed small TWICE because we saw the price jump from 30 to 39 she said yes small. She threw the ringer on the table and said this will ring when ur order is ready. We waited with our 2 boys for the order. When we went to pick it up she said we r out of breasts do i gave you 2 thys instead of the 2 missing breast, my husband ia the calmest person on earth he said it's ok, then when we sat on the table i recognized she said breast is more expensive than thys so i went back and asked while I'm looking at my receipt i discovered that she charged the 2 sides large not small so when i asked her why did you charge us for large when we specifically asked twice for small she said oh yeah they gave you small, notice she did not answer why we were charged for something we didn't ask for and she blamed "them" all this time she had an attitude the. When i asked her didn't you say that the breasts are more expensive she said yeah so, i was starting to get frustrated with the situation i said then we paid for something we didn't get shouldn't we get back the difference she said ok guve me back my thys that i gave you ... here i couldn't take it anymore i told her I'm having aome trouble with you right now she said OK !!!! I told her aside from the wrong order you lied a out punching the order wrong you could've said oh sorry i punched it wrong all this the manager is hearing everything and just stood there doing nothing. She then asked what do you want right now i said we paid for something we didn't get so i want the difference she was like oh, do you want the difference!!! As if am asking for something wierd or asking for charity. I said yes then my husband intervened and said it's ok and asked me to go back so we can have a nice meal with the kids. Ah forgot to say at this point she gave us one side only, after about 5 min i realized she didn't give us the second side. So i went and asked about it she said didn't i give it to you already i said NO you can come and check on our table i don't think we ate it and the container too, she said oh i thought i gave it .... then another team member said mam we are actually out of the corn and I'm cooking some right now, so i said she could have said that not accuse us of taking something we didn't. I told her I'm really having issues with ur attitude i didn't want to say the word rude so instead i said you are not being ver nice she said well, i guess I'm sorry for not being nice!!!! My husband told me it's ok just let's eat.... by now having a nice meal was out of the question. 3 min later she came with the corn slammed it on our table and said here you go. I didn't even say thank you and didn't touch it coz probably she spit in it. I've never written a review in my life and i had my share of bad customer service but the attitude she gave us was something else. I work with customers and i have to give good customer service i know how it should be done but at the same time i let things slip coz i understand the pressure but this was just pure rude and i think it all started when she heard me and my husband speak Arabic, we are Egyptians. Read moreThis might be a weird review because I didn't think this was ever going to happen. I'm still iffy about it being real. But 1 night before the closing hour (I'm assuming) I went to get food from drive through and trying to order chicken the person on the intercom boldly stated with a heavy accent (on purpose) there wasn't any chicken left. I asked again because I heard laughing in the background like if they were laughing at my reaction. I didn't want to exaggerate I assumed the person just has a hard time explaining this to me. I drove to the next window without placing my order and I see the customer infront of me getting some chicken and a family meal (I know what the packing looks like). And I asked at the window what's going on. The guy at the drive through who wore glasses changed his accent and spoke perfect English to where I realized they were playing around with me. I ordered some chicken they said we are out (rudely) and him and the cook started to laugh. I asked what did the person I front of me order? They stated it was only sides no meat. Read moreHe said he was the manager?? his name is BRANDON. He was very rude at the beginning while he was taking my orders. As if he hates working that day & very grumpy. He gave me the wrong order even when I told him I was willing to wait and he told me that I have to wait 30 minutes for the chicken. really 30 minutes? He violated the privacy of the customers and he even took a picture of me!!! I believe You have cameras in store to check the incident and that is unforgivable for using his personal cellphone to take a picture of your customer because he said I took a picture of him to warn people of his behaviour and my reason is because he is rude at work & wanted to complain about him! I asked that I would like to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager, while I was telling him my complaints he walked away from me. Very unprofessional Manager who can't even resolve a problem and chose to fight with his customers instead. This kind of unprofessional, rude employees should be removed from the company right away! Very Horrible experience, I can't even eat the chicken if he prepared it clean & correctly?
