I brought my son to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time today and had a wonderful time! What I loved about this particular location is that there are still some remains and spirit of the old-school Chuck E. Cheese's that I remember as a kid. The sign alone is still the old-school sign and not the new version of Chuck E. that looks NOTHING like the old one we all know. There is a separate room with games and rides for younger kids and my son LOVED it. One ride even takes your picture and prints it out free! The whole place was very clean! We got the stuffed crust pizza and it was actually wonderful! The best part is that this location still has animatronics!!! Not only that, but they're in a separate dining room like we remember when we were kids. The company recently announced that they will be starting to do away with the animatronics, which I think is a sin... so GO HERE WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! My son adored the band! Yes, you can hear the puffing of the air... and yes they might seem a bit retro... but that's what makes the experience so unique. It's a wonderful thing that you can do together that reminds you of your childhood which you can share with your kids. Don't get me wrong... the atmosphere isn't what you remember... the darker, cooler vibe this places used to have and the amazing Pizza Time Theater with the hooves applaus board, flags, "The King" Elvis Lion and the piano playing hippo are long gone... but soon enough, animatronics will be completely extinct here... so enjoy it while you can!

Greatest Chuck E Cheese I ever knew Or was. This historic and beloved location is tragically remodeling and will soon lose its classic premier qualities that made it so special. Regardless, the three times I have visited this location have been glorious, never before have I experienced such exceptional service from its employees. The pizza felt and tasted like it was excellently crafted to deliciousness. Although it is clearly the penultimate entry to what the main draw of Chuck E Cheese is, that being the animatronic band. To bring a 2D drawing to a physical life like form is not a new concept for humanity although to bring it an accessible establishment outside of a theme park is incredible. To see a place that has masterfully preserved these figures in pristine and functional condition and to see beautiful appealing artwork from time long gone is impressive and has me in awe. It is truly unmatched. The semi unremarkable arcade games still lived up to the fun that is expected from such. Even then I still enjoyed every second of my visit on the 31st of July even if it ended in melancholy, knowing that the future holds for this establishment involves that removal and destruction of a piece of history.

I visited this location a week ago but never got around to writing this review. The pizza was delicious, the staff were busy but attentive, and the whole place was nice and clean. However, they began the 2.0 remodel today. This was the most outdated location of them all, which was a good thing. If you wanted to go back to the 90s, this was the place to be. The posters in the showroom were taken down but the shelves remain. The animatronics are still standing, so go see them while you still can. CEC corporate is cheap, and they've shown interest in creating "retro stores," so why couldn't they have just left this location alone? There are multiple reviews saying they don't want this location to get the remodel, some even from kids themselves, but it gets remodeled anyway. Such a heartless company!

Purchased the gold pass package and apparently the cashier did not give me correct instructions on how to activate them. She told me to download the app and within 24-48 hours I would get the passes on the app. Now when I went in to ask about the passes that did not show up after that time frame, the same cashier took my email and I brought my receipt and she did reload my cards. I still hadn’t gotten anything on my app after that trip & the second time going in was a manager and the same cashier , this time the manager rung me up but the cashier told her that she was the one who did this transaction so this manager didn’t ask for my receipt, only took my email and reloaded the cards. By the second time the emails were sent , Chuck E. Cheese app still didn’t give my passes. I went in another time and didn’t have my receipt so a different manager tried finding my transaction that I paid with cash and said she couldn’t find it for the date I had made the transaction & that it would have had to been a $300 or more transaction! Which when it was sold to me it was $160 something plus tax for two cards & I was given two gold pass lanyards! This manager said she would honor this only if I had my receipt but I don’t have it anymore from bringing it with me twice and not being told to scan it! Now that I don’t have the receipt I’m basically at loss , which I understand you need a receipt but it’s not my fault when it comes to the passes not being correctly activated the two times had coming in prior & let alone thinking this would be resolved when they had took my email & app info twice. No one told me my receipt had to be scanned on the app until I had visited today so I just bought a time card this visit and hoping next time I come in the cashier who sold me the cards can clarify if the two cards were supposed to be $300+ and if she’s able to find my receipt...

We did the reservations online to celebrate my son's 3rd B-Day. BTW, highly recommend it if you want to focus just on the fun part and let the host worry about the rest. From the moment we arrived up to the moment we left, the staff was very friendly and super helpful. As we were walking in, we were getting a stamp on our hand and for some reason my 4 year old daughter was too scared to get the stamp on her hand and another bystander staff member noticed and stepped in and offered her a sticker instead. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by our host, Lara. She was very sweet and verry attentive to our needs, especially to my son's needs. She noticed right away that my son was scared of Charles ( the mascot) so she made sure he did not approach him. Because of this, we also canceled that special dance they do when they sing happy birthday to the BDay child. Also, i was not sure if we could bring in an outside cake so we left his at home and since we didn't want to buy another one there, she was kind enough to think of a way where we can still sing to him and he could feel like the special birthday boy. She brought each child a dip and dots ice cream cup and his had a candle in it. We sang him Happy B-Day and he blew out his candle. That made up for the not having a cake and no special dance from Charles. She went above and beyond the meet our kid's needs, which is more than we were expecting. Lara if you read this, Thank You! You were awesome! It is safe to say, we will be going back again for my daughter's BDay. Oh and if you need a cake (for any special occasion) go to honey_b_treats, she does delicious cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and so much more! Also highly recommend it. Chucky-E-Cheese, we'll see you later this year. Lara we are requesting you as our host,...
