El Taco Llama — Restaurant in Los Angeles

For starters, my order was all wrong, I did not get a receipt to verify my order because I confided in my order being correct. The cashier sold me a drink then had me go back to the counter after I had sat down with my family, to tell me I owed 2 dollars because she gave me the wrong drink. Horrible service, horrible food and workers that just don't care. The food was poorly wrapped, wasn't even completely covered with aluminum and just bagged very bad. The tacos are amazing if you order during their busy hours because they get made fresh, but don't get ANYTHING with shrimp. We ordered for delivery and the shrimp was so rancid it made the entire apartment smell like bad food from the second we opened the container. We ordered towards their closing hours, so the tacos must have been prepped during the peak hours and left under a heat lamp to sell as they started cleaning, they definitely were not fresh, and the ingredients were chopped so large that you couldn't even pick up the taco. I go there for many years now. Recently, the place was remodeled: the owner brought new chairs and tables from Mexico. The place now looks much fancier. In peak hours it may be problematic to find parking next to it, but there are many spots on a street behind the business. Menu has a huge variety of options and prices are not that expensive. But beware, if you are a pescatarian and are looking to eat shrimp tacos, they may be cooked on a same stove they cook meat. So, you may end up finding small pieces of meat in your taco.
