F#ck Gluten — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered online twice from here, two diff dishes and have had terrible experiences. First, I ordered a custom pizza since I have dietary restrictions and went to go pick up the food when they said it would be ready, but had to wait 20+ mins anyway and when we got back we realized they just gave us one of their regular menu item pizzas so I had to pick off half the toppings. Crazy to think a place called F gluten cares so little about ppls actual restrictions. Second time I ordered, it was one of their bowls which should take like 15 mins to make. The delivery time said 40 mins which is fine but then they pushed back my order not once but twice (an hr and a half after the order was accepted) until it was after closing and I finally had to cancel it MYSELF. This place is awesome and the food is great. My parents were visiting and my mom has a lot of allergies, so this was the perfect place to eat. Both my parents ordered the gf orange chicken and could customize it to their preferences and loved it! I got grilled chicken with cranberries, sweet potatoes, brown rice, arugula, and sliced almonds. I love that they have food that happens to be gluten free AND gluten free alternatives to bread products. I also loved eating my leftovers for lunch the next day! I ordered on line from the Gus store pizza x 3 and cheesecake x 2 from here spending $120 and paid for it up front. Cheesecake arrived but no pizzas shop refused to accept I’d ordered from them despite me having a receipt and an order number. No refund given, staff were unable to get a hold of the manger so I guess he will never call be back. I was given the run around for almost 2 hours trying to sort this. Shop closed for the evening and still nothing sorted. No good and no refund....
