Fatburger & Buffalo's Express & Hot Dog on a Stick — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I stopped by this Fatburger this morning to grab my lunch. I came right when they open so I was their first customer of the day. I parked across the street because there more parking spots over there compared to the limited spots the plaza this store is in. I haven't been to a Fatburger in over 10 years so I told the lady who was working the cashier. She explain the whole menu to me and her recommendations. I went with the classic burger with no onion, radish or pickles. I also added a side of steak fries with my order. She told me it would take about fifteen minutes which I was fine with. I sat down and waited for my food to come out. When it did, it looked delicious but be aware that it is pricer here. I got charged extra for American cheese. I thought the burger was okay but it's not my favorite. The fries tasted very plain and eating it with ketchup didn't help much. The Mexican cook didn't understand English. My order was over done and burned and salty due to her misunderstanding of the order. The male person at the front taking orders is so apathetic. He is only there for money. He doesn't care about the quality of the final product. I have been a long time customer of FatBurger. These new immigrants from Armenia and Mexico don't understand or respect a Black established organization that is giving them a source of income and on top of that they don't respect Black customers. I'm Black and I deserve excellent food and service. If Armenian workers and illegal Mexican workers don't want to recognize my Black heritage then they can leave. The staff yesterday was absolutely awful. The girl at the register just simply could not understand my burger order… which was simple. I had to repeat my order like four times. But even worse was the person that made it. They put such an extremely small amount every topping that I ordered, that the only topping you could see when it came out was lettuce. The amount of onion, tomato (just one tiny piece on a Large), and bacon was absolutely minuscule. It was the worst fatburger I ever had in my life (and the most expensive).
