Fresh Grill Mediterranean — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Luis, who works there gave us the worst experience my family and me have ever had at a restaurant. Please don't go there to eat. The other workers especially a small skinny woman seemed scared of him. At 9:00 the restaurant closed and at 9:04 he threatened to call the cops on us. We were basically getting ready to leave. We had basically finished eating our food and were about to start putting the leftovers in the box. How many of you have gone through this anywhere? He called the owner on the phone and we could even hear on speaker some lady say "Luis are you seriously fighting with customers?" I told him at the end "you should be careful how you talk to people because some people are not as nice as me and you will run into the wrong person like that" Even one of the cooks told him to stop and to calm down to leave us alone. The main reason I am giving a one star is because of service. I had a takeout order and I made my order very clear, which baffles me because when the server read my order back to me, it sounded just as is. So tell me why when I get there, my order is different. I was missing a plate, I was given a massive tub of hummus, which is not what I meant by when I said I wanted a side order. So, when I called back in, Angel was the one who answered and also happened to be the one who took my order. And when I mentioned that I was missing a plate, his resolution was to put in a brand new order and charge me for the second plate that I thought I had clearly ordered the first time. Honestly I feel like I was overcharged for the little bit of food I had ordered. I love the food here, but the service this time around was the worst I have...

Came here for the first time. I gave them 4 stars only because customer service wasn't the best. When I came up to the register the girl was not engaged at all. Her attention was somewhere else. She didn't ask me what kind of salad I wanted or if I wanted a drink. There's an additional $2 for Greek salad for some reason. But the salad it comes with is included in the meal.. They forgot to bring our pita bread to the table. Never checked up on us to see if we needed anything and it wasn't that busy. The food though was delicious. We got the salmon and chicken kabobs with greek salad. The salmon was cooked perfectly not overly done. Very moist and juicy. Same for the chicken kabob. Prices were fair for what you get. I'll definitely buy from here again but probably just do...
