Partea Boba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment today. I am a regular customer and have always been pleased with the quality of your drinks and the customer service I have received. However, today's experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered my usual drink, an Aurora Ice Tea, but when I received it, it was a mango drink. I informed the employee who took my order that this was not the correct drink, and she stated that the purple color at the top of the drink had diluted. I believe this to be an untruthful explanation, as the drink did not appear to be diluted.

I am disappointed that the employee did not take accountability for the mistake and instead attempted to deceive me. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that this type of situation does not occur again in the future.

This is the closest boba shop to where I live so I'm disappointed it is so terrible, we've given it multiple chances honestly because we forgot that their drinks are awful. The slogan on their lids should have tipped us off, why would they advertise that their drinks have an "inexhaustible aftertaste" 🤣 This last time, I ordered an iced Matcha Latte and it was not matcha, they used green tea and it felt like a rip off since green tea is much less expensive than the processed matcha. Their drinks are undrinkable even after altered at home. I wish it wasn't true since this is probably the worst review I've ever left but I'd like to think it'd save someone a visit and maybe some new management will make them alter...

A simple, clean place with WIFI and lots of tables. Like most boba places, there are games to play and access to restrooms (for large groups of friends come to chill for hours.) It's still new, but so far the drinks have been consistently tasty. I've tried rose black tea with honey boba, their honey lemon green tea, and many milk drinks. What sets this place apart though is how clean it is and the location. If I ever get bored of the Starbucks next door I can come here and vice versa. Parking is not the best, but it's not impossible (except on weekend nights when the restaurants next door...
