Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had an incident last night , I went to Pizza Hut and my pizza was supposed to be ready at 10:55 I go in at 10:54 and pay for my food . I paid for my food and the man that was helping me tells me that the woman is cutting my pizza I said okay (mind you he’s a driver he’s not a cashier ), 10 min or more go by and he’s on the phone busy handling customers .I waited til he got off the phone I said “sir could you check and see if my pizza is ready yet I’ve been waiting on my pizza and it was supposed to be ready at 10:55 “he was like well you you’re not talking to me that way me and you saw me on the phone dealing with customers and I said I know you were busy I’m just saying I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes now and my name says ready on the screen and also I heard the lady call my name but I don’t have my pizza. He got mad and yelled at me saying that need to tone it down and that “I got the wrong one” you need to calm down and I was like I am calm I just want my pizza and he took a pause and was like you not taking to me like that and I was like this is your job and you’re being really unprofessional about it sir . So my mother comes inside and they get into it because of the way he’s talking to me and she asked where’s the manager and he yells at her and was like “right there” and I told him you don’t talk to my mother like that nor yell at her like she’s just somebody on the street being disrespectful , right after he says get your daughter and she was like no I got my daughter and he was answering a call I was telling my mom what happened before she got in and I was just talking out loud saying that he was with the job here I could report you and he could possibly get fired and then he gets off the phone and was like “what you just say” and I said this is your job and that I could report you so he starts banging on the counter And says lil woman and I responded and said “ Yes little man calling me lil and we’re the same height and kept saying I got the wrong one , Then come from the counter and goes outside and come in side where my mom and I Were and my mom stands in the middle of me and him and I was like what are you gonna do because I’m a woman and you’re a man ...he said better talk to me like I’m a man and I said obviously you’re not a man acting like that and he got mad and called me a heffa and then slams the door in my mom face . The manager comes to the counter and says “how can I help you “ and said are you the manager and just watched all of this happen and she said I’m not the main manager I can’t do anything but we’re going to talk to himansb suspend him “ we asked for his name and she refused to give his name it’s not like I asked for his schedule I just asked for his name and I had the right to because of the incident. They were very unprofessional and out of line , something...

The worst experience ever . What happened to Pizza Hut it used to be such a fine place to go eat . Over price small wings too much salt soggy and greasy not only that at the end of my order when everything is ready and made they let me know that they don't have any blue cheese to go with it. Then Jose the cashier gets mad and makes a face and gives me attitude when he asked me if I wanted some ranch instead, I told you I didn't want any of that earlier on but I obviously had to take it because you guys didn't have any blue cheese. dude seriously You should have checked into your inventory and let me know this before in the beginning and I would have never requested or order anything it was 2 p.m. when I made my order and you guys run out of blue please you knew specifically I didn't want any Ranch I told you this in the beginning before I made my order. what kind of business are you guys running seriously I would never be returning to this awful place on top of that do not get fool these people charge you for a service fee of terrible Pizza and customer service what the hell is that all about? Ive had two incidents with this place keep in mind ive been ordering from here since i was like like 10 im 26 the first time they cancelled my order even though in the website it said my pizza was being made alredy then yesterday i order as usual and i recive a text saying my pizza is out for delivery i leave since my parents were babysiting ny kids but before i left i wanted to make sure they had pizza to eat i never recive a call saying my pizza was outside to come outside i figured my mom got it since i told her to just wait outside so my mom and dad and daughter were waiting for it ouside i get a call from my mom saying hey weres the pizza i call the "manager" Steve! Answers and explains the delivery guy called and no one answered so he left now im not sure if this is correct but i remember pizza delivery guys knock not call and just leave he states i put down a wrong number so the guy was calling and they decided to cancell my order i was so upset because im a loyal costumer and why would they do this if its alredy payed for come on!
