Reason for 1 star: Ordered a burger and 3 orders of tacos which is a total of 6. Girl at the drive through was professional and polite. Made it a few blocks and my passenger informed me that we had only received 4 tacos total (we were missing one order). He was hungry so I reluctantly returned with the receipt. I informed the girl at the window what had happened and she understood. The manager however, asked her to have us show her the bag... Like we're hiding two tacos someplace? It's bad enough I had to come back and waste our time to correct the order, but the manager made us feel like we were the ones who were in the wrong. I'm assuming she thought we were trying to get free tacos. It's annoying because it was a waste of our time, and the manager made us feel like the bad guys. I normally don't leave reviews on fast food mix ups as they happen fairly often. Considering how many orders they probably fill in a day, this isn't a surprise. I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars for the managers attitude. She wasted our time, and my gas to have to come back to fix something they messed up to begin with, just to make us feel like criminals in the end.
TLDR: Don't bother going back to fix an order if they mess up, in the end the manager will make you feel like a criminal. Like that episode from Seinfeld with the soup guy, you...

I order delivery from this location multiple times a week with no issues. Tonight was different. The employees working gave my uber eats order to the wrong delivery person. When my appointed delivery person arrived; the employees were rude to him, refused to remake my order, and stopped communicating with the delivery person. My delivery person called me multiple times while at Jack in the Box to keep me updated on the matter. I myself called the store to try to clarify that I have not received my food. The first time I called, after asking, “is this the Jack in the Box on Broadway,” I was hung up on. I called back a few more times and the call was not picked up and the voicemail was not set up. I checked the store hours and the restaurant was indeed still open. I am not sure why the employees working at the time deciding to act this way, but as a loyal customer, I am highly disappointed by the unprofessionalism. Due to me being a regular for delivery, I’m now concerned that my food will be tampered with in the future if I was to order delivery from this location again. My lunch break is scheduled for 30 minutes, yet it only took approximately 4 minutes for me to arrive and place my two-item order. However, the vehicle immediately in front of me opted to place orders via their mobile devices, resulting in a delay of over 15 minutes. By the time this individual departed the line, I had only 5 minutes remaining to return to my workstation. It is astonishing that the establishment permitted this couple in a gray Prius to occupy such a significant portion of the drive-through time, thereby prolonging the queue. It is imperative that employees recognize when the line becomes congested they should ask the vehicle to step out of line so another employee could assist them by taking them their multiple orders, so to allow others to proceed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it appears that common sense is not a prerequisite for working at the register or drive-through counter at this establishment.
