365 Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went to this place and the food was TERRIBLE!!!! I mean everything!! We ordered combination fried rice and the beef was tough and the rice was mushy. They serve it on one large plate but they give you plastic forks to eat with but there was no large spoon to put the rice on our plate. We also ordered the fried calamari which was disgusting the batter was terrible and the calamari was old!! We ordered fried chicken which was fried hard and bland as ever. The chicken as well tasted old. Lastly we ordered the garlic crab which they need to eliminate from their menu. For $19.00 you get one small crab cut 3 times with no meat what so ever in the legs due to the crab being so small but it tasted like they'd dropped it in hot oil and when you bite into it you have a mouth full of grease. We asked for a to go bag and gave to a homeless person who was hungry. Oh yeah, it wasn't the cleanest place either. I think it would do them some good to just CLOSE THEIR DOORS!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate this place off the scale @ ZERO being their highest score!!! Don't waste your time. Go to McDonald's right...

I wasn’t going to review but with the worst service, I had to let the owners know what kind of person is behind their counter, a shorter slim Latino which I didn’t get his name was very rude, when he gave me my food and looked in I didn’t see sauce for the egg rolls, I said can I have some he said he put one in, then he checked and he did not put one in, so he handed me this tiny tiny container that would be barely enough for one of the two egg rolls I asked him for another he refused and said ones enough for two but he gave a 2nd after my face, well turns out I was right cause I used one for each egg roll. Then I asked for hot sauce he said he was out and that he didn’t buy any, then he says I have this and guess what it was hot sauce. Lol. He had someone on his phone where he was so eager to get back on that phone call he was irritated that I asked for hot sauce and eggrole sauce, I wasn’t even gonna ask for more soy sauce so I saw some that someone left on the dining table and I took those. I came to tey this place.....a Hispanic guy took my order....I ordered tom yum $14.95 and all day special $10 (spicy eggplant) I asked for fried rice with the special, he said they don't have fried rice, so i stick to the steamed rice that comes with it , but the menu clearly states that you can substitute for fried rice for an extra fee....he charged me $29.62 ....how much is the tax????? $24.95 + tax is never $29.62.....then I decide to check if the guy is lying to me and I ordered again....I ask for spicy fried rice$12.95 and a thai tea $4.50 but 2 minutes before the guy had told me there was no fried rice...he lied and he charges me $22.89......why???? $12.95+$4.50=$17.45....AGAIN...HOW MUCH IS THE TAX???? I ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN $51 FOR THESE??? NOT WORTH IT...I WONT BE COMING BACK AND DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE....I WONT LIE THOUGH...FOOD HAS GOOD FLAVOR...BUT OVERCHARGING AND...
