I went to this Jamba Juice location on 05/21 around 9pm. I witnessed the manager, Milo, belittling and berating one of the employees in front of other customers over a simple thing which was her not inputting drive-thru customer’s names on the orders.
He continuously harassed the same employee who is clearly a young girl in her 20s. I ended up speaking to the employee directly and she informed me that she got “used to this behavior.” That is completely unacceptable. I ended up calling the store after I left and complained to Milo directly about his behavior but he ended up hanging up on me so I will be forwarding my concerns to corporate in hopes that they will treat Milo the same way that he treated that poor young girl. There’s a difference between “explaining” something to someone and absolutely treating someone poorly which is what Milo did. Read moreDo not want to be cometley unfair because everyone in this jamba juice is very respectful but there are small minor improvements that the Manager or Leadership need to take into consideration. This location closes at 11:30pm however NOWHERE at this location does it make mention that the Lobby closes earlier. Many of us use the App to order so we can just show up at our assigned time to pick up and avoid the lines. Arrived at 10:10pm and still here waiting to pick up its 10:45pm now as I am forced to go through the very poorly coordinated drive through. Whoever is the Manager here needs to do a better job of following closely of the happenings here. If the lobby closes earlier make sure to advertise that somewhere put up some signs or something... While waiting to place my order, the employee, Isabela she is blonde by the way acknowledged my presence but chose to ignore me. Despite my polite request for assistance, she continued to disregard me. Additionally, when I pointed out that my order was incorrect and kindly mentioned that I had ordered a Strawberries Wild, her response was disrespectful, referring to me inappropriately and exhibiting unprofessional behavior as in "douchbag" . This experience was not only disappointing but also reflected poorly on the establishment.
