Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Terrible service,

Me and my gf went in for a couple of good o’l jersey miker’s, but it seemed that the employees were busy with a catering order of some sort. We ordered, but our order wasn’t being worked on. The guy at the register was having trouble pack the order into a box and kept asking if it was a 3,16,17 of some sort. The chick with the butterfly tattoos was being rude to the cook that simply asked a question. The other chick was just there handling the sand which stuff. So, we placed our order and luckily we did not pay because we were never charged. So, if you are looking for good service look elsewhere. To bad that employees like the ones on todays shift end up making customers go to next door restaurants which causes business owners to close because of low revenue. This happened today July 16 between 10am - 10:45am in case some one from jersey mikes HQ wants to review or something like that. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE 02/12/25 FOR MY REFUND. for food I paid for but never received. this is a shame. good food but a terrible way to operate a business. Edit: do not order food delivery through their app. They send it out to a delivery company (door dash) and then when you don't receive your food. you never get a refund. Even when they say they will refund you the money you still don't get it. & You waste a lot of time talking to different people trying to get your money back. They have good subs but the way they run their business isn't something I can deal with because I lose my money. But other than that, the workers at the location are courteous and the restaurant is clean.

"A Sub Above" is there motto ! I most definitely agree way fresher than subway!I just had to snap a picture before the whole sandwich was gone. Jersey Mike's will shave the meat into for ready deli meat right in front of your face and they have all the side tops to add to ur sandwich!!! Of course with Mike's special touch.
