On 3/27/2025 my GF stopped by to get us dinner on her way home from work. I texted her that I wanted an Italian with extra cheese, oil and vinegar are fine just no salt and pepper. While she was in line she texted me to ask what bread, cheese type, veggies etc. I wanted (white, provolone and whatever it comes with). What she came home with was not that, instead it was an Italian plain, cheese, meat and bread only. So when I called to make my displeasure known I eventually got Leo who claimed to be the GM of the location, and was also the server on the receipt, who also claimed that my GF told him "plain only", the phone was on speaker and she about choked on her food (which was fine) when she heard him say that was was mouthing that he was lying to me. Anyway, I made sure that I heard him all but accuse my GF of lying to me then hung up and went over everything with her so that I could file the complaint appropriately and called another JM in the area to ask for information that would allow me go further towards getting my money back, this store and/or staff held accountable for lying to/about a customer.
The fact that Leo is saying what he said crossed the line into slander and defamation....that's a legal line he crossed. And I will happily swear to that under oath. I just want this out there for the Jersey Mike's staff who read this so they know that Leo will lie about a customer and should have anything he says challenged for its truthfulness.

Read moreThis location charges more for their sandwiches. The giant six is one dollar more than the location in Granada Hills. The Rosemary bread is extremely narrow compared to other locations. Finally, my last order was not prepared the way I requested on the app. If it doesn't taste the way I like it, I'd rather make a sandwich at home and not spend 20$ (with a 2$ tip)! I contacted the customer service twice and all they could do to help is tell me they would relay my concerns to the owner of the Mission Hills location. But I never heard a thing. And this is the only way I can find to contact them. Because of this, myself, my brother and mother are all no longer using this location. It's not right to spend that kind of money on a weekly basis and to be ignored when there's a problem. We love Jersey Mike's and eat it on a regular basis. Beware of higher prices for less product and zero customer service. Thanks for reading.

Ordered from the location online today because my mom was picking up and didn't want to drive to Chatsworth St location. Once again, the sandwiches wer completely wrong. Neither had oil and vinegar (despite special instructions for extra oil and vinegar) and one had tomatoes when it wasnt supposed to. 30+ dollars on sandwiches that weren't enjoyable. I'm not being critical, these are the facts of what I experienced. I don't understand why this location can't follow simple directions or does not...
Read moreThis isn't for an apology nor any free sandwich. The service here, everytime I come, regardless if I tip or not is off. I keep in mind they're busy and I'm respectful and yet I'm always left feeling like I did something wrong. I've ordered a hot chipotle chicken, gotten to work and see they made me a buffalo sandwich. When waiting for my name to be called, I've been called by the male version of my name. Other times, I get nasty side eyes when I'm not rushing them at all. And when I order a regular size, I've received it not cut in half more than once, regardless if it's a cold sandwich or not. Everyday is a new day to change for the better. Each time I go, I go in hoping for a better experience. Today was no different and today I got the same experience. I don't take pictures to document each bad experience because I don't want to focus on all of them but they do happen and they tend to happen a lot here. Please try and do better with your service. The food is expensive as it is already for us...
