KC's Crêpes Café — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My bf and I have been going to KC’s for their ice cream crepes for a while. It always takes an extremely long time, as it seems that they are understaffed since there’s only two girls working every time we go. Usually we don’t really mind, however today, there was no line so we stood in front of the order window. For 20 minutes, we waited for any of the workers to come help us. I walked to the pick up window (which was opened) to see if anybody is inside or if it is even opened and four girls were sitting down behind the counter, just talking, some with no masks on. I even called to make sure they were open or to let them know they’ve got customers, but nobody answered the call. My bf and I continued to wait until 7:10 and we walked away to Coco’s as another couple came to wait. After we ordered from Coco’s, we saw the other couple pay so we came back and waited another 5 minutes just to order. Overall, we were at KC’s for a good 45 minutes before we got our crepes. I agree with another review talking about the lack of professionalism at this establishment. For four workers to be there (for once) and we waited that long for two crepes? That’s RIDICULOUS. This place has fresh ingredients for all of their products. Both the dessert crepes and hot food crepes are amazing! The variety of boba drinks that they have is small but they are a mixture of both simple and exotic flavors so its enough choice to satisfy anyone, and not too much to be overwhelmed by. Nice and simple. They've remodeled the inside several times in the past couple of years but the space remains small and can get a little crowded. The atmosphere is just as a cafe should feel. Very relaxing with the right kind of environment to be social in with your guest(s). The prices lean towards the higher spectrum of the "low-budget" scale, so if you're just looking for a light snack and not a full stuffed belly this place is perfect for that. ATTENTION TO ALL PREGNANT WOMEN!!!!

This place is NOT pregnancy friendly!!!! Plus I don’t know why they’re still closed to eat indoors.

Other places are open and allow customers to eat inside but this place is still restrictive.

They wouldn’t allow anyone to come in not even a pregnant women.

This place is horrible. The owner should really consider emergency use for restroom for pregnant women. I hope their ingredients are pasteurized as well.

They recently increased their price to $9.50.

Also when I went they wouldn’t accept credit card. How unorganized is this place. Who Carry cash these days?! Plus if they’re afraid of getting covid — I hope they know covid can passed through cash as well.
