If you’re looking for healthy food and a relaxing vibe, this is the place to be. I’ve visited this spot multiple times, and it has become a staple in my go-to list. You truly can’t go wrong with any of the menu options—the food is always fresh, flavorful, and exquisitely prepared. The interior is another highlight, with its nature-inspired decor and cascading plant vines that create a calming, aesthetic atmosphere. While the space is small, I’ve always been able to find seating during my visits. It’s quiet and perfect for getting some work done or simply enjoying a good book. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches like the water station and the convenient to-go bags. I recently learned there’s another location (Culver City), and I’ll definitely be checking it out when I’m nearby. With LA being such a health-conscious city, I’m surprised these aren’t everywhere. And that’s what I love about SUSTAINABOWL, this place gives you infinite possibilities to immerse yourself into different tastes using simple and FRESH ingredients. P.S. Thank you for choosing our...
Read moreVery nice place with a noble purpose and cool story. I found it through online reviews, but it was completely empty when I showed up on a Saturday evening, albeit late. But that was a blessing, because I got to chat almost throughout with the Chef and Co-owner. He has a cool backstory and focuses on sustainable fishing practices. The menu is very simple - it's basically "poke" bowls. You have a choice of two bowl sizes and a few combos to pick from. To any of them you get to add one or more of ahi, albacore, or salmon. I got the larger bowl with ahi and albacore. He also gave me a special hot sauce that he had made himself - it was wonderful! The bowl was itself really tasty. He has also designed a very creative space with a very cool large table that seems to be of some found wood. Highly...
