KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The main reason I only gave this KFC only 2 stars was they always seem to leave things out of my order. And I'm not talking package of salsa or napkins this last time was my chicken pot pie, which I ask the window person if everything was in the bag and of course his answer was yes sir with a snap. So convinced I drove away worried but satisfied. Until I made it home and please understand it's 430 and I'd hadn't ate all day with a super bad migraine from low blood sugar. So for the first time I called them and after 45 minutes on the phone with the manager she said I could drive all the way back in LA traffic at 5 o'clock to get it. Or my other option was to pick it up in the morning early. At this point I was done with a fork stuck in me because I had no food lol. I just told her nevermind just please check the orders before telling the customer all is good please next time! This is the KFC on Crenshaw and Vince so make sure you check your bag before pulling away. I was really wanting that...

We went through the drive through around 1PM yesterday.

The service was slow and the cashier was SO rude: we didn’t receive utensils, had to repeatedly ask for missing food items / drinks that we purchased, which was met w eye rolling and sighs from her each time. I understand customer service can be taxing and personal life can occasionally interfere with work, but if you hate your job that much find somewhere else to work! Life is too short to be unhappy luv!

Once we finally made it through the line with the correct and got home, the food was actually very good!

The famous bowl was phenomenal (as always), the chicken crunchy, sides tasty, etc... It’s the horrible attitude of the cashier that make us sure we will not be returning. Us asking for the correct items for an order shouldn’t be a problem, especially when we spent...

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your KFC locations. I attempted to place an order on November 29th of the year 2024, at the Crenshaw Location , but unfortunately, my order was not taken. Although I had came before they close they still did not take my order!

I have always appreciated KFC for its excellent service and quality food, which is why this experience was so unexpected and disappointing. I kindly request an explanation as to why my order was not taken and what measures are in place to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I believe in giving feedback to improve services and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly. I would also appreciate any action to address the...
