Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

High prices: I bought an 8 piece bucket, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, burrito supreme, crunchy taco & drink combo, and 3 soft tacos, and the soft tacos were only about a quarter inch thick, and paid almost 60 fricken bucks!!! After the girl took my order, she walked away and I taped my card on the POS reader and I kept my wallet out as I always do to remind me to get my receipt. I felt it would be offensive to reach over the counter and tear off my own receipt. When she came back with my order all ready and started taking the next order, as I'm standing there she tears off my receipt and threw it in the trash without even asking me if I wanted it, so I tell her "Can I have my receipt?" and she said "I have to print out another one." I said "Can't you just take it out of the trash?" and she said "It's dirty" and makes me wait until she's done taking the next order. Now, I can understand, they have been trained to follow sanitary protocols, but I guess they're not trained to make sure everyone gets their receipt (Merchant protocols), also a trash by the registers, come on, how dirty can it be??? Most likely just paper, receipts that some people don't want. Makes me think, not just twice, but 3 times about going...

Interesting place where you can get KFC and Taco Bell. I went one day on the way home from work. Drive in was closed but you could still go inside to order.

There was ample parking and almost no wait to order. I got the 8 piece chicken meal with 2 sides (French fries and Mac and cheese). I thought I ordered it with chicken strips but apparently they though I wanted original chicken. They didn't have the pieces to cover my order so asked me if I was ok with crispy chicken. I asked them if I could have the chicken strips instead. They were able to do that and asked me if I wanted and sauces/dips. I asked for some KFC sauce and they gave me 2. I asked how large the sauces were and then replied that if it wasn't enough I could come back for more. 🤷 That would be hard since I was taking this home with me but no biggie.

When I got home I saw that I was given mashed potatoes and gravy instead of the Mac and cheese I ordered. My bag for not checking.

My Cashier Brayan did great. The lobby was disgusting at 9:30pm. Every table dirty and trash on the floor Both bathrooms have signs out of order and all customers are told to go to the construction across the street. There are 3 or more other employees dancing and playing in the back laughing in a huddle behind the counter. Brayan is trying her hardest to get everyones order taken as a line has formed and there now out of chicken strips. The employees in the back say itll be ready when its ready. Brayan apologizes and continues. This establishment could use better management. Just speaking from experience as I turned 2 KFCs into the highest profiting stores inside of 3 months when they were the worst in a 27 store franchise when...
