The bread is GREAT. The work environment is unpleasant. People who work in the warehouse are mean bullies. The workers talk about each other. There is no team work. The foremans/supervisors play favorites. Maybe it was my skin color. I put in a lot of hard work and effort to work here and went home days with my back and feet hurting. This place will hire and quickly let you go for any reason or made up excuse. I thought this company was way better than that. Looks are deceiving. came for breakfast but wasn’t craving breakfast food, so i was happy to see that on their “lunch/dinner time only” menu there were plenty of *served all day exceptions. it’s not super obvious so look out for that. i was served the biggest most delicious bowl of soup that i’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. highly recommend the oxtail saimin, so flavorful with plenty of meat. but putting the left overs in a to go container definitely made a mess. i also had orange juice that tasted very fresh and my mom said her coffee and meal was very good. took a slice of cake home from their bakery to share and it was excellent....

I will never go to Kings Hawaiian Restaurant Ever! I went there to purchase cakes for my favorite co workers and I am standing in line I was the next customer and I look at the Donut and Cake case and there were bugs flying all over the cases. I was grossed out I got a management to take a look at her bugs and Donuts case. This was on Western and 186th. Never will go back. I don't even buy the bread anymore.
