A Hidden Gem of Kosher Italian Delight!
If youâre anywhere near the area and havenât tried this Italian kosher deli, youâre truly missing out on something special. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and an atmosphere that felt both upscale and inviting.
Letâs start with the food â absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavor, made fresh, and perfectly balanced. The pasta was al dente and sauced to perfection, the sandwiches were hearty and flavorful, and the fresh ingredients truly shined in every bite. You can taste the quality in everything they serve â this is not your average deli, this is Italian soul food done kosher and elevated.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about every customer who walks through the door. They offered great recommendations, checked in without hovering, and made us feel like family.
And can we talk about the interior? The space is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Elegant, modern Italian aesthetics with a cozy, boutique charm â itâs the kind of place you want to linger in. Whether youâre grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a family dinner, itâs a perfect spot.
The service was top-tier â fast, organized, and thoughtful. No detail was overlooked, from plating to timing to follow-up.
This place is truly a standout. Itâs rare to find a kosher spot that nails flavor, ambiance, service, and style â but this deli does it all, effortlessly. I canât recommend it enough. Iâll absolutely be back (probably...

I can get past the pricing, but note the prices per item on Postmates are as much as $8 more than the price indicated on their menu, and that is before any fees or service charges. My main issue is with the quality of the food; my wife and I got a Caesar wrap and a La Pico that we both split. The wrap was okay, nothing special. The La Pico was just bad, like the arugula had a bitter and nauseating taste, like it had gone bad, and both of us tasted that and got somewhat sick immediately, and we decided to throw the sandwich out to be safe. Their atmosphere, service, and presentation were lovely, but for a $24 sandwich, I expect every ingredient to be as fresh as possible and for the chefs to taste and confirm this before sending an item out. Overall, our experience was rather negative, and we will likely not be going back or recommending. I hope they figure things out before someone gets...
Read moreSoft opening for a kosher restaurant, serving kosher-for-Passover food this week. This is the son of LA Kosher food scene titan, Nir, and his team at La Gondola so needless to say, I had high expectations, and it certainly delivered.
Seriously good food, especially for being a brand new establishment! We got the Chipotle Chicken Salad, Spicy Beef Sausage, and Mushroom Onion burger.
Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the buns were really impressive considering it's Passover. Fries were really good. The sauce was tangy and good. And this is after it was delivered by my Mother-in-law approximately an hour later.
Excited to go back and try more after...
