Lenzini's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Disappointed.. Probably just ordered the wrong thing.. The Ceasar dressing is some vegetarian imitation and the personal sized pizzas are probably heated up frozen pizzas..

Guy running/owning the place was nice though. I recommend using a different Ceasar dressing or list it as a vegetarian version (no anchovy) and I'm not sure what was up with that pie, but everything was off. Tasted barely thawed out.. warm, but seemed like it was never "hot" and idk it was just off.. :/

P. S. This is just a temporary review for feedback.. I appreciate that you participate in the food program..

The Ceasar dressing was a packet with non-homemade ingredients and I'm 90% sure the pizza I hade was a commercially made prefab..

If you didn't send me such an off & canned response I would have just deleted this review.. But instead I'm down grading to even lower just based on this terrible attempt at hood-winking...

We have been here a few times, each time ordered a ricotta meatball pizza and have always received a pizza with ricotta and meatballs. Tonight we went in and placed the same order. The lady working the register misheard and we received their ricotta speciality pizza, no meatballs. Unfortunately we didn't check the $40 pizza until we got home. I called immediately about the mistake, requested to return the incorrect pizza for the correct one and were told they wouldn't make the correct pizza, just meatballs for us to put on. She also raised her voice when I repeated that we ordered ricotta meatball pizza and she insisted that we didn't. This is just extremely awful customer service. Lost a...

UPDATE:LENZINIS has been redeemed!...enjoying once again...so delicious have been ordering here for years as it is the best pizza I've ever had and has always been consistent, I've always given 5 stars on Postmates...however, the last few times, the pizza has come overly oily, and tonight the pizza came so oily and soggy all the toppings were falling off, not to mention the pizza was cut weirdly uneven like it was severely rushed or someone didnt even try....what's going on Lenzinis??...hopefully this is just a hiccup...I will be so sad to not have my...
