I came here with my partner for Valentine’s Day and was absolutely enchanted! The whole restaurant was decked out with red hearts, candles, flowers, and balloons. They even folded all their napkins into hearts! I’m the kind of person who LOVES Valentine’s Day, so this was really the best place to go for a date. The food was awesome. We ordered the big beers on draft, and boy were they BIG. In my opinion there’s nothing better than a Sapporo and sushi but I was not prepared to receive what looked like an entire pint! It was delightful. Service ruled. I asked our waitress if we should choose Nicole’s Roll or the Laurel Canyon, and without hesitation she recommended the Laurel Canyon roll. She was right. It was amazing. GET THE MONKEY BRAIN APPETIZER. Oh my god. It’s amazing. It’s spicy tuna stuffed inside of a mushroom and then fried. I think the kitchen initially got our appetizer order wrong, so they gave us some free gyoza too, which was really delicious. In terms of price point, I was pretty pleased. You can come here to get decent quality sushi without completely breaking the bank :]

Got the Korean Style Pork Ramen, and it was the worst tasting ramen i have ever had. Not only did I wait a long time for my food while the rest of my family got their food. The noodles and broth just tasted like butter and frozen vegetables and the egg was just hard boiled. I’ve had better instant ramen I wanted to exchange or possible refund the dish since i had not even taken 2 bites of it, but was told that wasn’t an option. And when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager wasn’t even present, so i was told to wait 10 minutes to speak to the manager. Then after a while i asked if the manager was coming and was told to come back later. It felt like a waste of time just to refund $18 for bad ramen and bad service. The server did not even seem to care or offer any solutions. I don’t think theyre suitable to handle situations like these. Left the restaurant hungry and upset. I would not recommend this place.

I’ve been wanting to try this place every time I go to my mothers house. This place is predominantly sushi however, I did want to try their Ramen. The decor in the restaurant is simple yet very pleasing to the eye. The bar area where you can sit and eat is also inviting. I ordered the Korean chicken Ramen soup and the salmon California sushi roll. The salmon California sushi roll was excellent. The soup was good however, it was lacking flavor. Definitely not their strong suit. Overall service was good. Place was lovely and food was great! Definitely will come back and recommend.

GREAT food & cook. TERRIBLE, degrading, DECEITFUL service !!! This woman who cares more about being on tiktok around the corner from her one patron they have at a time, than providing service at all! Then when asked a confirmation on an item in an order; she blatantly lies & fabricates a story (for idk what reason because it is so petty to even do so ) I went with one daughter while the other is in school. The other only ever gets garlic edamame no sushi. I asked for that to go when we placed ours. Duri he the entire meal she was nowhere to be found and being very rude, slow, and inattentive. It took me 8 mins to find her to ask for the bill, when she brings it I was still patient and kind since I got there often. I asked her if the edamame is garlic & instead of her saying oh no we can add it on or anything else she starts raising her voice and saying “no! You didn’t ask for that and I asked you regular or garlic you said regular!!!” And I look at my daughter stunned because we LITERALLY had a conversation amongst ourselves, after placing our order about how my other daughter only eats garlic edamame here. So someone to lie for something so SILLY and insult my intelligence & then start arguing with me about it as a business owner is beyond weird. She never asked me anything & I hope she reviews the cameras & sees how terrible she lied . Then was arguing with me about irrelevant stuff instead of just fixing the small order,(adding garlic sauce on) it was legit a 3 min argument for no reason and as a business owner she should be ashamed. She needs to find another business cause a business owner isn’t cut for her with that nasty, vile attitude tryna insult a regular customer’s intelligence! Poor chef looks like he hates his boss also and...

We traveled about 6 hours and were hungry and decided to have some sushi. We did have someone with us who isn’t a big fan of sushi so she went with something she thought she would like. She did wait longer than the rest of us for her food. The food she received was not what we expected and tasted horrible. She only took about two bites and was set on sending it back and possibly exchanging it or getting a refund. We asked the waitress and were immediately rejected and was told it was impossible. We asked if we can speak to the manager and they weren’t present and was told they would come in10 minutes. After about 10 minutes had passed we asked for an update and turns out they weren’t even coming at all. We were told to come later but it doesn’t even guarantee that they’ll be there and that we’ll be compensated. We left paying for food we didn’t like or eat, and our companion left hungry. Workers need to be trained better in handling these situations. And they really need to reevaluate their compensation policy. And a higher up should be present at all times. This is my first bad experience at...
