Hot n Ready??? 15-20 minutes after I get there and every time. So I try the pizza portal. I go in to pick it up, nothing in the portal. The 5 dollar lunch special. Never yet has there been a pizza ready to take before the 2 pm deadline. The beverage that comes with it is usually ice cold unless you want a regular Pepsi. Cooler never stocked at lunch hours with anything but diet Pepsi and Orange soda. You want regular Pepsi? Ask the cashier. They will get you a warm one usually. All that being said, this place specializes in pizza. They're geared up and staffed heavy enough that the pizza portal and warmer ovens should be constantly stocked. Even if there's a constant flow of people ordering 5-6 pizzas at a time. Why advertise hot n ready all over every thing when that policy is completely failing? The pizza is usually ok once you get it but that varies by location. Plan on being there 20-30 mins no matter what day or time you go. Read moreI ordered my pizza online to pick up. It gave me a time and I went a couple of minutes before the allotted time to secure parking as it is a VERY small location. I spent a whole hour waiting for my pizza to go into the heated oven portal and it never came. Finally I went inside asking where my food was and apparently someone didn't put the "correct sticker" on it and it just sat in their "ready to go" ovens for who knows how long. They hired a bunch of kids to work at this franchised spot and there's no one here, especially on a busy Friday night, to maintain order among the kiddies. Nothing but seeing them walk around to talk to each other as they "work". Last time I order from this spot. By the way, the screenshot I uploaded says that my order is ready because the person who handed it to me didn't input it into the system that it was picked up and it was already 15 minutes after that screenshot. Read moreI visited your Van Nuys location (91405) today, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The cashier seemed to be in a bad mood from the start. When I asked about the “Fantastic Four” movie promotion, he responded with visible frustration and said, “I don’t know anything about that.” I felt uncomfortable asking anything else after that.
I also asked about the receipt code, and he said he didn’t know, showing no interest in helping. It felt like he simply didn’t want to do his job.
After completing my purchase, I later discovered on my own that in order to qualify for the $4 movie promo, the purchase had to be $20 or more before tax. My total was $20.33 after tax, so I missed the promotion. Had he just explained that to me when I asked, I could have added something extra to meet the requirement.
Because of his poor attitude, I just wanted to get my order and leave. Customer service should never make people feel ignored or unwelcome. Update Manager called next day and apologized gave me the offer I was denied the night...
