Marisco Las Islitas — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First time coming here and our experience was horrible!!! We placed three orders and after 20 minutes 2 out of the 3 orders came out. We waited for the third order and after 20 more minutes it still wasn't coming. My boyfriend went to complaint to the manager and he just walked away Towards the kitchen and after 5 minutes a plate came to the table. We had order aguachiles but this plate was just horrible. It seemed like If they had just thrown everything on the plate. The cucumbers were cut different sizes and some where just old and saggy, the shrimp was raw. I know the lemon cooks the shrimp on this type of plate but it looks like they did this in a rush to take it out that they just threw the shrimp on top all raw. Overall it was just not edible. We left the plate on the table exactly how they brought it out and paid for the other two plates and left. The service was very slow and it was not even busy. It took long to even get just the chips and salsa. When the waitress came she asked if we had put in out drink order. How was that going to happen if no one had stopped by. We put in our drink order together with our food order she said she was ready and half way through ordering she tells us to stop and goes to get something to write it down on. I think the appetizers we ordered were better than the food. The food was a bit boring and flavorless. When we we're ready to leave it took any where from 10 to 15 minutes to get our check. I would say I would go back just to have a drink but it took long just to get a drink. This place has potential but they really need to step up there game. I called to order food from this place and they told me to pay before pick up the food,I give my card number to charge me, total was 85 dollars and they told me my card didn't pass so I have to pay cash when I get the food, so I pay cash,I pick up my order and I left, later that day I checked my bank account and I was charged 85dollars, so I when back to told them the issue, they call the manager and I tell the manager why they charge me double,he say he didn't, I show him the transaction for the 85dollars and he still say they didn't charged me,so I told him this never happened to me before and his answer was very rude, he said,well once in the life have to happen to you,this happened last Thursday 18, maybe I don't get my money back, but I don't like when managers like him take advantage of the customers, I don't recommend this place at...
