Food was a little to hard and crunchy, overcooked I think. That may have something to do with the food not being as fresh later in the evening, but I cannot be 100% sure about that. The taste and quality it's not as good as it used to be, maybe they're losing their passion for their American Chinese Fair. Lastly, I recently went there twice and both times they didn't even thank me for my patronage. Instead I found myself thanking them. They need to learn to appreciate their customers, without us their bills do not get paid and they go out of business. My review is just my personal experience with Louie's recently. In no way should my opinion be taken negatively or misconstrued as me being mean.
Also, they did not greet me when I came in. When you enter a restaurant you smile and greet your customers. Once again, they're lack of appreciation left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Sadly you only receive two stars from me and unfortunately for you, I don't believe that I will be returning. Your food just isn't that great and I didn't feel appreciated when I came in the...

Read moreI was a bit disappointed with my visit, I saw the good reviews on the orange chiken, especially so I stopped by to give them a try. The orange chicken were mostly very small pieces that turned out to be mostly breading, and on top of that, it was old chicken. Even tho the flavor of the sauce was really good, I didn't enjoy it at all. The beef broccoli was also very flavorful, and the broccoli was crisp but soft at the same time. I enjoyed that very much, but the beef was chewy and hardly edible. The rice and noodles were average, and the egg rolls taste just like the Panda Express ones. The last thing I'd mention is that NO restrooms were available, and the "Siracha" sauce was watered-down. I am disappointed with my visit personally, but it's not horrible, so take my review with a grain of salt. I will not be...
