Retraction:
I have never done this before. I am retracted my statement for now. I decided to come back for some soup. And the next visit, I came back for a 2 combo plate. I must say I was very impressed. My food did not spoil. The food was fresh. It was nice. I've only been back twice, but if my third visit is a winner then I will delete the bottom of my post. I don't know what happened, but I thank you for the drastic change. I appreciate this. I never go back and retract my statements. I may edit them or just delete them. But I feel this restaurant did a total change, and they need to know the customers are looking and watching and tasting. And I thank you for listening. It takes three chances to win my vote. First of all I "used to love coming here". I can deal with a lot of things. But what I CAN NOT deal with is how my food SPOILS within a few hours. On MULTIPLE occasions, I would come in for a plate after my shift at 4:30. By 8, I could not eat my food because of the sour smell. My food had STUNK up my whole house. I mean it smelled like kimchi, dead rats, and skunks. If it will spoil within three hours, imagine what it will do in your stomach. I am SO Sick of Chinese food places in South LA serving us reheated food that sours within hours. If you do get something, get white rice. The spices is KILLING the food under the heat. I know I'm not the only person experiencing this. This happens EVERY single time. It's HORRIBLE. We deserve FRESH food. I decided to give this place a few chances because I really liked it, but hell no, not again. Don't say I didn't warn you. If you knew better you would do better by us. I will NOT be coming here EVER again. Food poisoning isn't CUTE or healthy. I have permanently giving up Chinese food because of it, unless it's 🐼. Read moreThis place used to be the best. Now the owner hired some sleazy, rude workers with terrible customer service. Mainly it's that one young girl with the black hair that serves you. You guys know who I'm talking about. She serves your food very disorganized. She just throws your entrees into your plate, making a mess both in your plate and the station around her (YUCK). She makes a stank face any time you want to order more than one thing. If she does not want to work there please fire her, she is tarnishing the good reputation this place has had for YEARS. She definitely needs more customer service training by management. I am honestly tired of her negative attitude everytime I go buy food. There isn't even a line for her to mad about. Read more10/02 I bought 3 combos and 3 large Thai tea boba. The drinks were missing sweetener. I don’t live close to the location. I called in and told them the situation. I was told to come back whenever I get a chance and they will replace them. I went back today and was told I was only to receive one med drink. I paid for 3 large boba, I was going back and forth with the cashier and asked to speak to the manager. I was refused any communication with him.
