The ice cream is delicious, but the service itself I received on August 22, 2024 at around 7:50pm was absolutely horrible and I left feeling poorly. I asked for the flavor I wanted and the employee looked annoyed immediately. I then realized because the container of that flavor was nearly empty. So, he then asked if I was sure I still wanted it because he would have to go get the refill, and he sounded like he was going to really hate if I said yes. I did say, yes, I still want the flavor I asked for, and then he gave me another less than pleasant look. As soon as he handed me my ice cream, he turned his back to me the entire rest of the time even as I thanked him for getting the refill for me; he had no response. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the establishment the entire time I was there. This was my first time coming here after moving to the area a few weeks ago, and I was really excited to try it. The ice cream is indeed delicious, but I left feeling like I was a burden to the staff simply for wanting the ice cream their establishment sells. I don’t have high expectations of anyone to go out of their way to be that over-the-top ‘customer service voice’ like polite to me, but this was pretty...
