Horrible experience I just had there, they want to be so fast to get orders out they forget to actually do a good job making the food. I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with a hashbrown on the side, I asked at the pay window that I only wanted the sausage well done. When I got to the last window they told me I had to wait in the parking for my order, I waited and she came back with a burnt sandwich. I sent it back told her it was burned she agreed with me apologized and took it back. She came back once again now with the top sandwich nicely cooked and the bottom still burned, she had told me they were going to remake it but they only placed a new bread on top and had me waiting in the parking lot for a very long time. I walked back inside and informed the “manager” about the situation she denied that they used the same burnt bread and she brought me back the bread they “replaced” funny thing is she brought back the burned piece on top and the soft piece on the bottom which proved they ONLY REPLACE MY TOP PIECE ON MY SANDWICH WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD REMAKE, horrible service horrible manager don’t understand why they made me wait so long for one sandwich! They think a silly apple pie will make up for a disaster of an order. What also ticked me off was she asked the worker who “remade” my order to show me the bread they replaced to prove I was lying I heard her saying it in Spanish to either embarrass me or prove me wrong infront of people in the store and the other workers. All that to prove only one bread was replace but not a nice way to treat a customer who has been eating...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I used to pick up from this location on ubereats but the way they treated us was disgusting. Our orders would be ready for pick up and they would literally refuse to give them to us. There would be several drivers waiting and the staff would completely ignore us walking by us or away from us as we were trying to speak to them. It happened everytime I went in there so I finally decided not to pick up from this location anymore.

I rarely if ever go there on a personal basis but tonight I stopped to get a Happy Meal for my grandson. I get up to the spot to order and I had to repeatedly tell him my order; I literally told him twice I wanted double fries for the Happy Meal. Even before I finished ordering he told me to pull up to the first window. He did that twice. I pay for my order and I go home to discover that not only did i not get the two fries I ordered for the Happy Meal, there were no french fries at all so my son-in-law had to go back to get them. I have gone in there a couple of times when the ordering process went fine and I got everything in my order, but I won't be going back again. All of that hassle for one Happy Meal. Perhaps they need to retrain their staff, you know like ask someone if they would like to order anything else instead of cutting someone off and telling them to pull forward before they have completed their order. Yeah I know it's only McDonald's but this is literally the worst McDonald's I have...

So I can be understanding if you make a small mistake but if i'm showing you what you did wrong and if you're still denying it to my face then there's an issue.

I showed up to this McDonalds drive thru at around 2:10 a.m on Friday 29th of February. I was attended by a female who i didnt see have a name tag on her and she also had a bunch of attitude. I received my drink like you see in this picture and i asked her why she didnt fill it up to the line already marked on the cup. She seriously insisted that the drink was actually to the line and i then handed her this drink and she had to try to tilt my cup so that it can appear like it was on the line. I told her not to tilt my cup and she just looked at me with a very uninviting, rude, and stagnant face. I've been coming here for a very long time and I don't deserve this level of pettiness from your employees.

Whenever, the other guy employees make my order there was never this issue. There was no attitude, no pettyness, and no where close to this level of stinginess. This was the first time i was attended by a female during my shift (12a.m-8a.m) and now i have to be worried over my food if i see another female working this shift as well. I've also worked in the fast food industry and I know petty, rude, and stuck up employees when i see one. To the shame of this beautiful gender, it has almost always been a female to think she's above it all when being unsupervised letting the others do all...

Ordered my food 10:16am 5/17/24 female employee outside took my order. She was excellent but as soon as I went to the window to pay the cashier there was a different vibe.The male employee SIDEL (I THINK that's his name) Hispanic young guy wouldn't speak up, I couldn't understand a single word he was saying. His voice is so low, mumbles. He should be speaking loud at a normal tone to be heard. I could barely hear him & understand him. I payed & I asked the female at other window pick up that the guy back there should speak up because that is awful costumer service. She said she doesn't know his name as I requested it, but I believe it's KS#13 SIDEL as my receipt said. She also said a lot of people have told her the same thing &that she will bring it up to the Supervisor. McDonald's PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SPEAK PROPERLY &LOUD. other than that everything is perfectly fine

Ordered my food 10:16am 5/17/24 female employee outside took my order. She was excellent but as soon as I went to the window to pay the cashier there was a different vibe.The male employee SIDEL (I THINK that's his name) Hispanic young guy wouldn't speak up, I couldn't understand a single word he was saying. His voice is so low, mumbles. He should be speaking loud at a normal tone to be heard. I could barely hear him & understand him.
