OVE Pizzeria — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Just had one of the worst delivery experiences of my life with Ove. We ordered delivery and Ove gave the wrong address to their delivery driver. (we have double checked our email receipt and we put the correct address in through our order and on the receipt it was written incorrectly by Ove.)

Whoever works the phone proceeded to call my father and speak in a raised voice and continued to call him nonstop being incredibly rude, insulting and demeaning. I continuously asked him the point of the phone calls and he couldn’t give me one and instead yelled at me about the orders they had lost because their driver went to the wrong location.

We will be telling everyone we know not to patronize this business. The way they spoke to us, especially considering the mistake was their fault, is absolutely...

Not a good experience! This was my first, and last, time ordering from OVE. I had read positive reviews but when my order was delivered all the cheese and toppings were on one side. When I called to report it right away the person answering said he would handle it and come up with a solution, then hung up. 20 minutes later, after hearing nothing back, I called in again no one had done anything. The manager came on the phone and he was unaware anything had happened. they finally remade my pizza and delivered it, took back the bad pizza and offered me nothing for my inconvenience of waiting an extra hour to eat. Because of the highly exuberant positive reviews about this pizza at Ove, I decided finally to order some. It was takeout so that can change the pizza; the texture and different things I admit. However, I completely do not understand the highly positive reviews and the number of them. This is pizza like pretty much any other pizza in Los Angeles. Not truly satisfying for me. It doesn’t taste authentic, it doesn’t taste particularly made from scratch, or homemade. It’s the same sausage most every other pizza place uses. One positive point they did use fresh mushrooms.
