Iâm an everyday customer of this local place. I usually grab a small cup of coffee. When I visited this place for the first time, Sonia who is at the cashier, charged me $1.50. So every morning before going to work I come here and grab my small cup of coffee, for $1.50.
Well, this morning I faced the rudest customer service ever! I took my coffee, gave $1.50 to a young girl at the cashier and manager Pinora said I ALWAYS PAID WRONG. That I come here, underpay for this cup of coffee and leave. Ok anyway, coffee cost $1.75. I have no problem with that, but what I do have problem with is the way how management treats its customers. The rule â customer is always right â wonât work here. Miss Pinora literally didnât want to hear me, yelled at me, said that I WAS WRONG. She even wanted me to leave my cup, the money on the cashier desk and go bring the rest 15 cents. She said âeven homeless people pay this priceâ. Well, thank you Pinora for so kindly comparing me to people with life issues. And Miss Sonia, thank you for publicly confirming that I WAS WRONG paying $1.50.
I used to like this place, was an everyday customer. Now they ruined the relationship between them and a loyal guest of their restaurant not because of 15 cents, but because their lack of service, rudeness.
Very bad experience. I will never ever again...
