Dangertown USA! If you want to get followed around a desolate public park and fear for your life, this is the place for you. Bushes filled with folks doing nefarious business. Since this is essentially a dead end park with only one official entrance, the further you descend into the abandoned fields of picnic tables and rolling hills of bum trash, the more concerned for your safety you become. The trails terminate into a fence overlooking the highway. Here you will encounter dudes with no jobs loitering for no good reason. Those hairs on the back of your neck is instinct telling you that this isn’t your park. In fact, if you have the wherewithal to be checking Google Maps, you already shouldn’t be going to this park. Read moreVisiting from out of state I was bit overwhelmed by all the people while staying downtown. Taking a nice jog over here in this greenery and dirt was an excellent retreat away from it all. Most of the trail was pretty flat and kept on the same elevation as it wrapped around the hills. I might be a bit biased since I am from a mountainous state.
