Panda Wok — Restaurant in Los Angeles

June 15 2017 approximately 7:30 pm I go in and the server starts rushing me, in a very loud tone of voice. She wad very rude and talking to me in spanish, not giving me a chance to make the right selection of entrees. As I said to hold on, she continued rushing me in spanish (nothing wrong with that) I wanted to order some vegetables, made a comment of how bad they looked and all she did was rolling her eyes and said what do you want. This woman is always been very rude, no customer skills what so ever. My encounter with her only made feel discriminated and disrespected, that because I look Hispanic I may not know the English language. So finally the situation kept on escalating as she will get quiet, until she brushed me off and said that she was not going to deal with me, grabbed her phone and started looking at it. Anithe lady in red T shirt offers to help. Made a comment how rude her coworker is and turns out to this othet one is even worst. She claimed she was in charged, but no bettet the other one. Both did not have a name tag. Very difficult to understand why you have two individuals running your business and inderectly running away customer. Please be reassured that from my end this will be the last time i am dining at this place. (As you know, competition is pretty strong) and will make sure to tell everyone else the poor service this place offer to its customers. These two woman cant even work at a swapmeet. This is how...

I would given this place a 5 start for only two reasons I didn't.

Not consistent on food portions.

(Many ppl have said the portions is amazing just like the food awesome. But because of a certain employee that puts way less than other it's just not worth it.)

The customer service

If only two employees where replaces or at least take some action to correct them ( the employee I mentioned included) this would be such an amazing place. They act like they hate the job they are doing.

Over all my tip to you all go in when it's a all female staff. That is where the service is amazing ,the food portions are epic ,and not to mention the food and milk teas are the best I've had.

If management sees this my message to you

You have something special on your hands dont mess it up by changing what's already bringing in ppl. That's how ppl lose the business and ruin it....

The food is very good, especially the fried rice, chowmein, and the meats. The price is very affordable and have an amazing portion to price ratio, you get a lot of food for what you pay for and the service is good! The seating is great and better than most fast food Chinese places, and they serve soup which is great! Also their egg rolls are good for the price. Props to the cook who make the food because it taste amazing the the people who work there are sweet. Just please respect the workers, the food is great and affordable and the 1 star reviews piss me off because I love this place and most of the low reviews seem childish and poorly written, and seem very petty.
