Sabrositas Pupusas — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Omg this place is like taking a trip to El Salvador 😍 Seriously! Their pupusas are soooo yummy and they come in a variety of sizes too. The Horchata deserves a capital H cuz it is authentic El Salvadoran horchata. It took me back to being a teenager and taking a trip to see my abuela in ES and grabbing a quarter priced horchata in a bag with a straw from a street vendor. I mean it is that authentically real and flavorful. I even make a trip out to them just for the horchata. I have ordered the plátanos, the pupusas revueltas, the carne asada con camarones, the tamales de elote, the empanadas de leche, and of course the horchata. They have all been superb dishes and they are hefty servings too. There’s a deal on the small pupusas 10x$12, which is always a great meal deal. The empanadas come with 2 pieces and they’re delish. The grilled steak and shrimp is very savory, juicy and tender. It is incredibly delicious and mouthwatering. They give you a hefty portion too. My fiancé and I are both blind and we visited this restaurant a few days ago. We both were treated very poorly Buy one of the people who works there. She had a terrible attitude when we asked her to help us by telling us what is on the menu as we couldn't see it. She acted as if we were being such an inconvenience to her in spite of us being paying customers like everyone else. After she reluctantly told us some of the items on the menu, we settled for the breakfast plates and 2 cups of coffee. It took them over 45 minutes to bring our food and they never brought our coffees. We were almost done with our meal when I went inside to ask about our drinks and she said petulantly they were still being prepared. When I went to pay, I said I wasn't going to pay for the coffees we never got and she again had a very nasty attitude. Other people who came in after us got their food way before we did. Today’s 11/5/18 I came in to have dinner with my family , but I can tell as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was off, place was cramped, a little dirty, and smelled odd but I gave it a shot anyway. But my waitress immediately made me regret that decision, she was completely rude.
