Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am livid and disgusted all at the same time . Boiling . So whenever I order pizza, whether it’s through the company or through DoorDash especially tipping they always knock on my door, but this company brought my food that I’m supposed to eat to the front desk of where I’m staying. I’m not quite sure if there was fear involved or the driver was apprehensive maybe he thought that he was gonna get robbed or sage I don’t know !!!! Went to pizza hut last night. there was almost no cheese on the one shown here. they tell you its 5.99 for two medium pizzas but they don't tell you what type of it is. so i said i want pan pizza the lady goes. its one dollar more if you want pan pizza. unbelievable. so i ordered my two pizzas. i was happily waiting for my pizzas when i turned to this other lady that's preparing the pizzas to put in the oven when i see her coughing on the pizzas she was getting ready for the oven. she look at me and pretended nothing happened. i don't know if employees are supposed to go to work when they are sick or if they should just wear a mask when...

I’ve been ordering from this location for a couple years now but my most recent order will be my last. The customer service was TERRIBLE. There was an issue with my order, I called to rectify the situation and was basically blamed for the issue because I didn’t answer my phone when they called. i then proceeded to speak to three different people, with the last one being the manager after going back and fourth about the issue with multiple phone calls he finally decided to call back to send a new pizza and once be confirmed the order he disrespectfully hung up on me.
