I am one of their closest customers by distance. I live 100 yards from it, literally. Young, good-looking staff so I can get on their level very easily. Drinks are perfectly prepared for me and they are always courteous and professional with their communication. I served 4 years in the US Army Active Duty and from what I see from these troopers on how they operate, I have no doubt in my mind that they are capable and competent enough to be high-speed Commissioned Officers. They should have at least 4.5 if not 5 stars. All of these bogus 1, 2, and 3 star ratings given by non-regulars, just people passing by once; judging that entire café by one visit. Pretty naive of some of them. I've worked food service for over 7 years since 17 years old and met some pretty uptight people. We all valued our job just like this Starbucks does and take in every consideration to making every guests' visit an easy going one. Maybe y'all should check yourself and stop taking your frustrations out on innocent workers who are just trying to make a living. I mean, let's face it, are you the one behind counter doing the job?
Oh, yeah, by the way! Quit coming in 10-15 minutes before they close. Food service workers hate that, I know...
Read moreOH JUST BE CAREFUL ANYONE WHOSE HUMAN! Isn’t it normal for people to make mistakes? My daughter (13 ) accidentally took someone else drink and it was just too late after she realized it, so she went back to the store and apologizes and offered to buy the lady’s drink. But she horribly answered back to her saying that “how can she actually mistake her drink for ours” and so on, speaking horribly back to my daughter! My daughter offered to buy her drink. And the lady insisted her to buy it for her but when she realized I was with my daughter she suddenly became the nice guy! Saying that she shouldn’t do such a thing! But by this time, my daughter already feels so guilty! We go to one of the Starbuck’s workers (hoping she would make my daughter feel better about the situation) maybe offer some help on what we can do but NO she just humiliates my daughter even more, scoffing saying “ how you even mix up these two drinks.”. I just want people to know about the service of this place before their next visit...
Read moreWRONG HOURS And unprofessional practices The service and speed here is pretty good and deserves 5 stars. But the hours are posted wrong on Google which upset myself and 5 other customers that I witnessed in my 10 minute visit there.
Most upsetting though was that they refused to take cash (probably counted the register early so they could leave) and i was asked to move from my seat so an employee could clean the floor under me. I would love to leave early from work too but my boss won't let me because the customers have expectations and it doesn't turn into a cash-only takeout restaurant depending on if I want to be there or not. If Starbucks writes to me personally, and explains that they only take cash in between certain hours and that the only reason they operate is to have a clean store, not to have customers or sell coffee, then I will change this to 5 stars.
