I ordered a fairly large order for curbside pickup. The app told me it was ready, I clicked the "I'm here" button upon arrival and 10 mins passed without anyone bringing my order outside. I then called to inquire and explained that I was outside, the guy said that his system showed that I was on Normandie and another named street. I was confused and told him that I was sitting right in front of their Pizza Hut store in a red suv. He said, "ok hold on," then left me on hold without anyone coming back to the phone for at least eight mins. So I deeply sighed and decided to go inside. They were making pizzas and taking food out of the oven without a care in the world that someone was sitting on the phone waiting or standing at the counter. I asked about my order and explained that I've been sitting outside waiting. He just looked at me mumbled something with a thick accent that I couldn't understand and walked away. I repeatedly said excuse me two or three times to get his attention to come back over to me and he finally came. He asked if I was DoorDash which I said no and showed my app. He then said ohhhh your food isn't ready, however, the screen on their wall showed my name and the word, "Ready" next to it. My food was not ready and was in fact being assembled, some still in the oven and other parts being prepared. I had to wait another 15 mins. I patiently waited because getting hot and bothered solves nothing but I was frustrated on the inside. When everything was ready, I asked a different guy about the procedure for the contactless curbside pickup. He told me it's no good because they are busy a lot and cannot bring the order out to vehicles. I said oh ok. This guy was pleasant and pleaded with me to never use that service again. Oh my! Got all the way home after all of that just to see that my order was NOT complete with food missing and one of the pizzas has no sauce on it! :/ I called and explained. The guy asked me to come back and I said I could not do that and asked that they deliver it. He said the delivery driver wasn't there. I explained that I didn't live that far away and if he could please deliver the missing food because of already going through everything. He finally agreed and delivered it. What an experience. Geesh. I would have given a review of a one star but gave an extra star because they grudgingly drove my missing food to me after explaining that I lived close by. Pizza Hut, get your act together and hire more workers for a Friday night! Stop being cheap trying to save money as that's not right! Read moreI called this location twice last night the first time at 942pm for a Large Cheese Pizza delivery. I cancelled the order because I wanted to check to see if I had a coupon in the mail. I called the second time at 1004pm and was placed on hold. After being on hold for three minutes and forty seconds I called back at 1008pm to place my order but this time for a Personal Pan Cheese Pizza delivery. Afterwards I waited and I never received my order by the time I realized it wasnt coming they closed. I called the store now to speak with the manager Louise and I explained the entire situation to him and that it was for delivery. He took my number and said he found no trace of my order AS IF I WERE LYING. Then he told me they do not delivery personal pan pizzas so I assured him I have ordered one before in the past. THEN he proceeded to tell me that they do not even deliver to my address. I was so confused and blown away because yes they do deliver to my address because Ive ordered in the past. Plus I called in twice to place an order last night and they lady took my address both times so imagine how confused I was to hear this from the manager. Also I didn't understand why I was basically being called a liar BY THE MANAGER and him just disregarding the fact that someone messed up on their end. Read moreWe order pizza from this location every Saturday for 2 years now. I have worked it out with the manager to get a discount since we order 8 pizzas every weekend for our office. The girl on the phone I believe her name was evelyn was awesome and so was Victor always took care of me. Lately another girl has been handling things and she says she is a manager everytime I call I have to beg for the discount she puts me through the mill. I spend alot of money there. She is rude constantly puts you on hold to check. If your a manager whats to check. We are a great customer. Today I called I said delivery same girl, she said Its gonna be one hour and 45 minutes for delivery?????? What maybe you need to hire more people there. I had to order elsewhere today. I loved your old people the new ones Dont't have no customer service skills. I don't want to fight to spend my money. Other places will gladly take it. It angers me that if your offering a discount to a company and we buy every week its not noted some where so we don't have to go round and round each order. Really disapointed. I wish someone cared.
