This is my first time trying pollo campero at this location, I’m a local and live close by. Upon arriving my boyfriend and I stood in-front of the register for about 13 minutes with out a hello, welcome or please give us a second we will be right with you. They are obviously busy but did not even bother to say anything not even look our way (I immediately felt this was going to be a weird experience here) After waiting for so long I said to my boyfriend “wow no hello, no please give us a second we are busy”, one of the workers obviously over heard me telling my boyfriend this and she finally said what can I get you. (Paloma ) The first thing I said was a campero salad in which she confirmed what dressing I wanted (ranch) and proceeded with the rest of my boyfriend’s order. We sat down and literally waited about 25 minutes for fast food this was pretty long. My boyfriend went up to the counter to ask if the food was going to come out soon since it had been a while ( I can tell Paloma was annoyed ) After bringing my boyfriends side of the order I started to wait for mine, minutes have passed nothing at all, I walk to the counter and the lady who took our order (Paloma) immediately turned around seeing me walk her way and rolled her eyes so far back into her head with a disgust face and turned around, I said excuse me ? she turned around with the most fakest smile and said yes!, as if she didn’t just disrespectfully look at me with complete disgust and rolled her eyes I was literally shocked at how old this lady probably is and doing this type of behavior to a customer. I told her if my salad was ready yet. She said no i ddnt get the salad, I told her it was the very first thing i ordered and you even asked me what dressing I wanted ???? I was confused, hungry and mad at this point, Almost as if she did this on purpose….. I just walked away I couldn’t even bare taking to her. I asked for her name upon leaving her name is PALOMA or PAOLA honestly she could’ve gave me a fake name because she mumbled under her breath. This location has the worst customer service but Paloma takes the cake from upon arrival to leaving, it was just a really bad experience. Not coming back here again and the tables are sticky and place looks like it needs a deep cleaning. I’m sure she is the manager someone needs to give Paloma a checking because she is not customer service material or a people’s person ( I have 26 years in customer service) and obviously dosent show her staff good customer service either since in the beginning no one said a word to us. Read moreI can't believe that I waited 30mins! Meanwhile I only ordered two 3 piece meals. I saw 5 count them 5 people who ordered after me walk out with their food. I heard one lady walked out with 10 pieces, another 15, and another 20pieces. Where is my food. I finally asked for a refund after mintue 30. The staff said she will give you your refund. Who is she???? Then I saw the manager walk by and I asked her. She didn't even look at me she said yeah I will give you your money back. Not explaining why I had been standing there for 30mins. She didn't even want to listen to my complaint. As she shoved my money into my hand I needed some feedback as to why I waited 30mins and give her at least an attempt to justify so I may decide to return. Which by the way she should have been apologetic. But that is another story. She mumbles with her head down and a attitude we are short and you ordered a breast so that's why it took so long! 30mins for a breast! While 5 people who ordered after me walked out with at least 50 pieces of chicken! You mean to tell me one of them didnt leave with a breast! I will never return to this establishment again. And I'm going on X to post this as well. When I asked the managers name she mumbled again ona I don't even know if that's her name yari Is the name on the receipt. She took my order but didn't even think to look at me or update me on why my food was taking so long at minute 15, heck mintue 20 hell at least at mintue 25! I'm owed some type of courtesy acknowledgement. But no I had to engage them at mintue 30! You could give me $100 worth of chicken breast and I still would never come back here after how yari and the manager treated me. After getting my money back yari was at the front door taking an order out to a car. I asked her was her mangers name ona like the lady told me. She ignored me and walked right past me! Wow! Not one person apologized for taking 30 mins out of my day. As I write this it is 2:34 pm. My order was made at 1:42pm! Order number 30042. Read moreI came in to this restaurant on tired after a long day of work and as I’m ordering this heavy set girl with curly hair I believe by the name Claudia had a terrible attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. While I’m ordering I am asking her questions and she is rolling her eyes and proceeds to tell me go ahead order. I reported her to her manager Kevin and explained to him the disrespect I received and he did absolutely nothing . I will never come back here because I can’t even trust that my order will be made correctly. This happened on 01/21 at approximately 5:45pm. Don’t recommend this place simply because of the terrible costumer service.

Update: After experiencing a disappointing visit to this restaurant, I'm pleased to share an update. Following my initial review detailing the poor customer service encounter with Claudia and the lack of response from management, the restaurant reached out to me and offered a $40 gift card as compensation.
I appreciate the gesture and am glad to see the restaurant taking steps to address customer concerns. While my previous experience was disheartening, the willingness of the management to make amends is commendable.
I plan to give the restaurant another chance, using the gift card provided. I hope that this time, my visit will be met with the level of service and professionalism that customers expect. Thank you to the restaurant for acknowledging my feedback and taking proactive...
