Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I really liked this shop before and very loyal customer of Starbucks, but I won’t even step in this shop one more time.

Yesterday, the Starbucks worker parked her car on charging station for EV. Before I already asked in Starbucks who is responsible for parking - they said that this is city parking.

So, there is only 2 working charging station for whole parking lot. I have to charge my car in order to get back home. I was with 6 months old baby. In mobile app it said that charging station is available, that’s why we drove there, thinking about spending time while charging in Starbucks. But AGAIN someone was parked on parking lot, which day EV CHARGING!

I took a picture of car (I always do it, when someone illegally park on charging stations) and that young girl was running from a Starbucks and started yelling at me! My baby had to listen to her yelling, can you imagine that?

I told her that you cannot park on charging station (which I usually tell to everyone, so they will know) and the most of the people tall “Sorry about it” and leave. So NO PROBLEM. Instead of at least saying sorry, so started yelling. I was really in shock, that this person can’t even manage herself.

I went to speak with manager about behavior of her employee, but she wouldn’t listen to me (even with trembling hands and baby, I still was calm), she didn’t let me say a word, said “I know” and turned her back on me. Fine management skills👍

That girl went to manager before me, I don’t know what she told her, but when she was back she showed 🖕to me and was smiling.

So, this person, who have instability of behavior is making coffee for you every day and basically hate other people and don’t think that we should think about the world, other people, follow the rules.

About Starbucks I thought before that they think about world ecology as a huge company, but no - their employees are against those who is trying to be less hazard to world.

I am really disappointed, because EVERYWHERE in the world in Starbucks very friendly people works. Everywhere in another locations ALWAYS work friendly people. This is just huge disappointment for me! And I’m very sad that I won’t be able to go...

Our favorite baristas continue to fight the good fight to bring us our favorite blended coffee and espresso drinks along side the snacks we should all be avoiding, but indulge in anyway. If you want the drive through, you'll have to come up north on Topanga canyon and make a right just past the el pollo campero (el pollo loco killer, great chicken) the starbucks will be on your left once you pull in. There is usually a line, so easy to see where to go, but in the off chance covid killed us all and you're alone, keep driving toward the alley and you'll see the drive through entrance on your left, big menu board, hard to miss.

You can also park before hitting the drive through and go into the store, but that's crazy talk, no one did that before covid at this location, because of all the ghosts and demons that live in the floor. There was a huge gas leak that killed over 50 construction workers when they were tearing down the cemetery to build the parking lot. Some priests tried to cleanse the place one day and both burst into flames. You can still smell them when you first walk in.

They were both from Columbia, and took care of massive coffee plantations in between being called to cleanse various places of demonic possession. So you smell roasted coffee whenever you walk in, pretty gruesome stuff. I'm not even going to talk about what happens when the moon is full. Just trust me, you dont want to be anywhere near the bathrooms when the clock strikes 9:17pm. Where was i? Oh right, no one ever goes in, everybody uses the...

I was greeted at the speaker by a very kind person who took my order. I ordered two Trenta Ice Waters with Strawberry Puree. I'm not from around here but ANY starbucks i go to I always order this and this is the first one where it was an issue. When I got to the window, Alexis or "Piña" did not greet me. He was about to hand me just water and he realized the mistake and I waited. He came back a few second later and said "This is the last time I do this for you" so aggressively. I was caught off guard. I didn't respond and then he continued to say "I know you probably saw it on tiktok or something but you're cheating...you can't be ordering this" Like sorry am I taking money from your check to buy this? And even if that's the case he could have been a lot nicer. Last time i checked customer service includes a greet and a smile it's not that hard. Won't ever come back I'm afraid he could be even meaner. If I wanted to be yelled at or told what to do I'd stay home. Just cause Alexis saw I was young he dissed me with the tiktok comment? Be for real. If you don't like your job, leave or leave your baggage at home. Stop projecting...
