Veronica was absolutely fantastic when she took our order—she was not only friendly and funny but also provided exceptional customer service. It was clear to me that she has great potential, and I could easily see her managing a team.
However, our experience took a sharp turn when we reached the window and interacted with Anaies (I’m not sure of the exact spelling). Unfortunately, Anaies was quite rude. She mumbled the name "Eric" for our order, which we mistakenly thought was "Aaron," and we took the food. When I pointed out that we were missing a Sprite, Anaies claimed our order didn’t include one. I explained that we had ordered it and should have received it, and when I repeated the name "Aaron," she got visibly upset, snapped the window shut, and ignored us for a moment.
When she reopened the window, I tried to clarify the situation, asking about the missing drink. Anaies insisted that because we had taken the wrong order, the issue was our fault. I was confused and asked if she had given us "Aaron’s" order, to which she replied "no," stating it was "Eric." I apologized, explaining that I thought I heard "Aaron." I even tried to return the food, but she refused to take it back and closed the window again in frustration.
After a few more minutes, Anaies reopened the window, barely speaking, and handed us the corrected order without any further explanation. I asked her name, and when she gave it, I apologized again, but she didn’t acknowledge it.
While I don’t typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience because of how outstanding Veronica was. It was truly jarring to go from such excellent service to the frustrating and unpleasant interaction...
Read moreI've been twice now and both times got my order wrong. The system they have in place to take drive through orders is completely flawed. The person taking your order approaches you before you're even at a menu, so you better have that damn thing memorized. From there they are dismissive to the point of being rude, and clearly whatever headset they're wearing is on an open channel because it's obvious they can't actually hear you. From there they give no confirmation on what your order actually is, because there is no screen and they don't read it back to you. They swipe your card so you don't get a receipt. The entire thing is a recipe for disaster.
Top it off with quite literally the worst fast food fries I have ever consumed and ... Wow. Buy frozen fries from the grocery store and throw them in the oven, you'll absolutely have a better experience. The only, and I mean only saving grace for this is the sandwich, and the only reason this isn't a 1-star. It's passable. Canes sauce is overrated, it's just thousand island. If you're in NoHo and want fried chicken, go to Dave's.
For management. Whatever training you've done (and we know you did it, we drove by it for weeks) it's not nearly enough, but more than that, the systems you have in place are setting you up to fail. I would rather wait for 3 more minutes and actually get what I ordered. Twice was enough. I won't be going back unless there are some...
Read moreDuring our recent visit to Raising Cane’s, we had the pleasure of being helped by Tristan, and it truly made our experience stand out. From the moment we walked in, Tristan was welcoming and full of positive energy. Despite the fast-paced environment, he greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we felt valued, which is something you don’t always get at a quick-service restaurant. It was clear he took pride in his role, and his enthusiasm made the entire atmosphere feel friendlier.
When it came time to grab our food from the counter, Tristan went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure everything in our order was accurate and fresh, but he also took the time to ask if we needed anything else and thanked us for coming in. His attention to detail and kindness didn’t feel rehearsed—it felt real. That kind of service is rare and made a simple meal feel like a more thoughtful experience.
Tristan’s exceptional attitude and professionalism truly deserve recognition. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, he stood out as someone who genuinely cares about the people he serves. His positive energy and helpful nature made our visit memorable, and it’s people like him who turn first-time customers into regulars. Tristan isn’t just great—he’s a shining example of what excellent service...
