WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Today I went here in north Hollywood on line it’s says 9:30 am open on the door it’s says 10:00 am? I ordered The dumplings there was two girls there one was on her phone the other doing prep work. They where not prepared for service at all. Very low energy. No rush on the orders at all. I ask for a plan chicken taco I really just wanted the chicken for my dog. 2.89 instead she decided to charge me 6.00 for a side of chicken that I did not ask for. I was so irritated I just went with it. I also ordered dumplings they was half cooked. I ask for a specific type of sauce on the menu two kinds when I came home she gave me three of the same kind. Ordered the steak plate. I asked that they not over cook it because I have trouble swallowing. I was told that’s not possible because it’s cooked in the morning and kept in a steam tray. I asked what time it was cooked and was told 11:00. I ordered at noon. I was assured that it would not me dry. Not true. The meat was so over cooked and dry. Almost like beef jerky. The “salad” was just a little cut up old yellow lettuce that must have been cut at least 3-4 days prior. The Diet Pepsi was out and I had to ask that it be refilled. I had to ask to have a table wiped off.

The employees were polite but that didn’t overcompensate for the food. Very disappointed. I won’t return to this Wabi grill. Other locations are...

I love this place and go there whenever I don't feel up to cooking because I know I'm going to a clean and safe environment first and foremost. More importantly the food is always garden fresh and deliciously prepare as you order it. Served steaming hot and smelling wonderful on my drive home. On top of all of this they have awesome Customer Service, from the Cook to the Cashier and those in between who do the domestic duties... This has proven to be (out of all the WBGrills I've been to) my favorite Spot and best experience. Definitely a 5-Stars establishment. Great job Ladies &...
