I would not recommend coming here at all. Overall: Firstly, we ordered the appetizer of vegetable tempura then they brought us out the tempura roll. Then we watched them take this roll off our table and serve it to the booth next to us. Personally i believe this is an incredible hygiene issue. We could have eaten from it, touched it, etc. and the table next to us would be unknowing. Then when we finally received our appetizer of the tempura vegetables idk half the vegetables they served on this plate. Carrot? No, the texture was closer to a rock than any supposed cooked veggie. Next, we ordered two rolls and they came at completely different times. My sister was able to enjoy her food while i starved on the side watching her. STAFF: Felix wasn’t even our server but he’s the one who went to help resolve our issue. And even after he was the first one who visited our table again after ordering and took time to check to make sure we were better. 10/10 to him and he should be promoted. Also no hate to our waiter Alessandria she was doing her best and took full accountability for the issue. I don’t blame her for not hearing our order when the speakers are deafening, but the manager on the other hand….. He was the one who served our “used tempura roll”. Most the staff were baddies though 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼 Atmosphere: Sushi restaurant or club? Idk 🤗 Overall the building is cute and seems like a good vibe but the music is blasting so loud don’t expect to talk to anyone you’re dining with. The food: Finally the food. Waste of time, money, and calories. No flavor. Tiny pieces. not filling at all 🙅🏻‍♀️. Also i’d like to add they didn’t even have pricing on their menu which was off putting at first. This wasn’t a major concern but it definitely left us wondering.🤔 We didn’t even finish what we ordered because it was so incredibly mid. and with a stomach ache… I don’t know if this is from still being hungry or wtv they’re cooking up in these rolls Final thoughts: In the end we never received any amelioration to our troubles even after the manager came over to our table and was aware of the situation but it’s okay. Not a good experience whatsoever and we will never be coming back. I recommend going to the place across the street called Asahi sushi!

I was able to experience their grand opening night and Grand It was . Razo Sushi is a new Mexican Fusion Shushi Restaurant located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley . It is very stylish and sophisticated . You can sit and watch them make your sushi right in front of you. It has several areas where you can enjoy your meals including 2 spacious bar areas with multiple TVs . It has high tops and also dining tables . You can also enjoy the large outdoor patio with A large seating and dining area . You can enjoy a large variety or custom and original and signature sushi rolls . All made of the perfect combination of fresh seafood and perfect ingredients. You can enjoy hand rolled , sushi , baked sushi , tempura , sashimi , bowls , noodles and so much more . They have 2 full bars with multiple tvs so you can watch your game . The bar has a variety of specialty drinks , sake ,soju , and beer . They also had a DJ and a beautiful authentic Mexican Mariachi . Come in and enjoy this high energy restaurant . Everything was done to perfection... Esthetically pleasing . You are definitely in for a treat . Congratulations Razo Shushi.

Disclaimer: AC was NOT working today so it was HOT AF in there. I was legitimately sweating. Definitely think twice about coming here anytime soon, with the heat coming. The food was great! No complaints at all! Everything from the wings to all 4 rolls we tried were amazing. The service was ehh. Nobody came to check on us very much. We had to flag someone down if we needed anything. The DJ was great, loved the music, it’s really loud though had to yell across the table to hold a convo LOL

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch. The food was good. We ordered 4 things and it was about $90 just for the two of us. The service was AWFUL!!! We were the ONLY two in the restaurant it was about 3:30 when we got there on a Tuesday. We were told we can sit anywhere after standing in the lobby for about 5 minutes. We sit down a guy came to the table took our drink order. We asked the prices to see if it was AYCW or just per roll. He was CLEARLY annoyed. He told us about 15 per roll then pointed out a few rolls that were 20-22 each. I went online to view the menu so we can see prices. The guy asked if we wanted any appetizers and we said no and he left. He never came back. A female started helping us out. Didn't offer refills. She took our order. Brought the food and didn't see her anytime after that. After we finished eating (AGAINNN the only 2 people in the entire restaurant) it took about 15 minutes to get our waitress' attention for the bill. I understand sometimes it's understaffed, having to prepare for the dinner rush, but this was unacceptable!! The food was awesome. It was my first time there and I did enjoy the food. The atmosphere was nice also, it was very clean. The music was sort of loud but genuinely enjoyable!! Everything was great except the...
