I wish i could rate this a 0 just because the service, well "server/Cashier". I just left this place. Lady was rude and lack of communication was bad. I dont do reviews but this was needed. I clearly ordered two wet burritos and they waited until the food was done (which wasn't what i ordered) to tell me that they dont have anymore sauce. Now riddle me this, I understand its a food establishment etc. Things happen. But how in the hell do you run out of sauce.... ? Anyways back to the cashier, she tried to finess me by handing me two regular burritos meaning 1. YOU TRYING TO HOLD MY EXTRA MONEY I DID PAY FOR FOR TWO WET BURRITOS WHICH IS MORE THAN A REGULAR BURRITO. 2. THEN SHE TELLS ME IN FRONT OF HER BOSS THAT SHE SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY SAUCE BEFORE I ORDERED WHICH WAS A LIE. BECAUSE I ASKED HER IF THE BEANS WERE PORK AND SHE SAID YES, SO I ASKED FOR THE BEANS TO BE REMOVED, SHE SAID OK. NOW OUT OF 15 MINS OF ME WAITING YOU COULDNT COME AND TELL ME "HEY IM SORRY WE DONT HAVE MORE SAUCE. SO IN CONCLUSION, I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN. THIS WAS MY SECOND RUDE EXPERIENCE IN 2 YEARS. NOTHING CHANGED AND YALL NEED TO CHANGE THEM COOKS. THEY ARE LAZY FOR NOT WANTING TO TAKE CARROTS OUT OF MY BURRITO LAST TIME. TELLING ME THEY ARE PREMADE. SO YALL LIVING UP TO THAT FAST FOOD NAME FOR REAL. NOW GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! P.S NOW MY FIANCE WHO IS PREGNANT IS GOING TO BE UPSET CAUSE SHE WANTED A DAMN WET BURRITO AFTER 10PM. HAHA....
Read moreSince I was in the area, I was in the mood to try a new place. I wasn't familiar with this place but I was with the plaza this taco place is in so I parked and looked at their menu. I decided I would try out their burrito so since I came in the morning, I was able to find parking. Finding parking in this plaza will be the hardest part coming here if you come after lunch time. I first thought they weren't open since I didn't see the open sign but when I got closer to the store, I saw the lights were on. When I walked in, I saw that they will charge an extra free if you pay by credit card so be aware of this. I put in the order of a carne asada burrito and asked for no beans. I also asked what else was in it and she just told me rice, meat, cilantro and salsa. I went to their salsa bar to get some extra salsa and pico de Gallo. I like that their salad bar is in a refrigerated area so it stays nice and cool. My burrito didn't take long to make like 5 minutes and I took it to go. I think they give you a decent size burrito and a good portion of carne asada. I thought some of the carne asada was overcooked so it was hard to chew and didn't have much taste. Their red sauce was okay but it's not my favorite, I felt the same about the pico de Gallo. So my burrito was okay but I wouldn't likely get it again if I was...
Read moreI went to order some side dishes, rice, beans and guacamole for a family of five people. As soon as I walked up to the counter the two female employees turn their backs to me. Ignoring me. I wait and wait. One employee slowly started loading some soda cans into the refrigerator and the other employee started tending to the salsa counter. I waited and waited for one of them to notice me. Finally, I asked how much for a large container of rice & beans and some guacamole. She acted annoyed and showed me the container size. She tells me $25.50 for beans, $25.50 for rice and another $20 for guacamole. This place wanted over $60.00 plus tax for three side dishes for 5 people. They obviously didn’t want my business. Honestly, they are over the top racist and rude! I walked out. As I walked to my car, another customer stops me. He was dining with friends and witnessed how they treated me and their blatant racism/bad behavior. The customer offered me some advice as to where I could go purchase some Mexican rice, beans and guacamole near by, ……Vallarta grocery market. They were polite, professional and the food was delicious.
As for this place? I don’t think anyone should try their food. The restaurant is too rude to anyone who may not...
