I've been coming here for two years and the good is always good and they have yummy Thai tea. I signed up for the loyalty program because I go there often and I wanted to start giving them the full money when I order instead of letting Uber Eats take part of their money. My favorite menu item "spicy pineapple beef" wasn't in specialty entree section, only in the lunch combo meal so I call them to let them know it's not there for me to order and she kept telling me it was there and then told me she would call me back and hung up on my face. I went to the restaurant in person and told another lady the problem and she told me to order the pineapple chicken, add beef for $2 extra and write in the notes to not put the chicken. That's actually more money than ordering a pineapple beef. She walks away and I ask the lady from the phone if I need to order online to get the points or if I can get my points in person and she told I can my points in person. I order she takes my card and charges it and I say wait you didn't get my number for my points she says you can only get the points by ordering online. I'm like "I asked you before you took my order, why didn't you say that?" And she just walked away. I thought that was very rude, especially when the food is expensive. The older lady sees me all the time so she knows I'm a regular, the younger girl is only there half the time. It made me realize no matter how often I visit or how much money I spend they don't value me as a regular customer. The food is still yummy, I will just do Uber Eats pick up for covienience and not care that they make less since they don't want to fix the website and they don't care about the...
Read moreI first had Rincome 11 or 12 years ago. I used to come here weekly because a) it was the first Thai place I had ever tried b) good lunch/combo specials c) proximity.
I recently moved back to California and I hadn't eaten here in years. A coupon sheet was mailed to my house and I couldn't help myself. I have been a coupon queen/slave for the past year and took my dad to lunch Sunday afternoon. It wasn't bad or great.
Things we noticed: The chicken vegetable soup that comes out before the entrée during the lunch special is so clear and refreshing. Chicken satay (skewers) that came out with my pad see-ew (good) was almost burnt black. When one of the servers noticed this, she asked if we wanted a new plate and we accepted. This second plate was burnt half black. Portions are still pretty huge. Neither my dad nor I finished our lunch specials. He had the Thai BBQ Chicken which was good. This is not authentic Thai food.
The customers here have always been diverse and that's great. I realize now, years after having tasting other Thai cooking, that Rincome was created to feed the masses. And that's okay. I just don't think I'll crave it after this last submission to...
Read moreOne of my favorite go-to Thai restaurants! I have yet to find another place that not only beats their specials, but their portion sizes too! They're really good enough for two (or for one if you want to eat the rest at home!), including rice, soup or salad, and depending on the special, Thai BBQ chicken or egg rolls may be included.
However, the one thing that sells me the most about Rincome is their peanut sauce! OMG I just recently found out that you can buy it in a container to take home! $3 for a medium, and $5 for a large, not too bad! It lasts for a week since they make it fresh but I'm positive I can gobble it all up in a day! They normally use it for their salad or for their satay, but I dip just about anything into their sauce! I'm definitely coming back to buy my new peanut sauce supply...
