Rick's Drive In & Out — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I recently started working in the area and came across this place a few weeks ago. While the fries are good, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and disregard for customer requests. I am extremely allergic to any and every kind of mayonnaise, and I highly distaste any kind of salad dressing on my burgers in addition to wet or soggy bread. Both times that I came through the drive-thru, I specifically said I wanted no sauces of any kind on my burgers. The first time, I had a thick coating of mayonnaise. Could not eat the burger. Today I went again and I very emphatically said that I did not want any sauce whatsoever on my burger. The employee tried to tell me they don't put mayonnaise but they put dressing so I again told her please I do not want any dressing of any kind on my burger. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay for my food, when she handed me the food she gave me attitude and said if you don't like your burger you can call management. This is the second time I bought a burger and couldn't eat it because they put dressing all over the bread and by the time I got to my office the bread was soggy. I would have loved that burger if it was made exactly the way I ordered and paid for it. Two experiences where I did not get the food that I paid for, could not eat the burger each time because of my personal dislike. I tried to avoid that by making it clear when I ordered. I originally came here due to all of the rave reviews I saw on Google Maps and Yelp. Hubs and I figured we could get yummy meals to feed our village after a long day out and about. Yeah... We walked in and the workers were not pleasant at all. We were looking at the menu when someone asked us if we were ready to order. When we told her no, she rolled eyes and walked away. *Strike 1 I let that slide and kept looking at the options on the wall. After getting our orders figured out, we ordered. They packed the food without putting any kind of description of what was in the wrappers. I hate that! But again, I was tired and hungry so I let it slide. The food was greasy and bland. My mom's onions rings and pastrami sandwich were saturated in oil. Also the chicken burrito I got had no flavor. The beans were bland and the chicken had 0 seasoning on it. Suppose to close midnight and I stopped by 15 min before closing since I had just gotten out of work and they were already close however the employee were just there chatting doing nothing just waiting for midnight to hit so they could leave .. my advice is change your business hours if it's not going to be followed because I work for food as well and getting out of work as soon as possible would be nice but we don't close the store 15 minutes early or however long those employees have been sitting there and chatting .. If I were the owner I would not be happy that business hours are not used to its fullest ..so think about closing earlier if your store is not actually open till midnight because it's a hassle that it's advertise and when you get there your rejected because they don't want to work...I usually don't have any complaints about Ricks because it's my stop on the way home majority of the time and I really hoped on getting my turkey club three today but was...
