I went to this Starbucks for my normal Nitro Cold Brew order the past 2 days.
Yesterday, I inconveniently got there when their water was shut off, but the manager (I think?) handled the situation very well, and I waited a few minutes for them to reopen. Overall, inconvenient situation but very pleasant experience thanks to the customer service.

Read moreDecent as far as Starbucks restaurants go. Doesn't attract the best crowd and it seems to affect the attitude of some (but not all) employees.
Crowd type (no effect on my rating): typical equity refugee transplants that led to the controversial gentrification of Echo Park/Silverlake. Expect a lot of pretentiousness and snobbery.
Why 4 stars: employee attitude not wholly consistent, awkward interior layout and placement of the shop (including terrible parking, not entirely Starbucks' fault), lack of indoor seating compared to other Starbucks. Good order speed to make up for the hassle in...

Not friendly at all. Even if that’s your policy, you should always greet yourself and ask if u can help with anything before threatening to ask...
