Sam's Tacos — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It's sad having to write a bad review on a place that has been around for years probably the last time I'll eat here rude attendant the manager has no clue of what he is talking about and now I doubt that the people that work here have a food handler certificate. Me and my wife had came for some food everything was well until I got my order of asada nachos and asada burrito when I got my order the food looked good and all so I took out my phone to take a picture of the nachos doing so I noticed some white spects little bit's of something me assuming it's some kind of sea salt or kosher salt cause thats what it looked like to me I put no mind to it as I started eating the nachos I noticed the white spects more and more around the carne asada so it sparked the curiosity of what it could be I started inspecting the meat come to find out it was the plastic from the chopping board I really didn't eat much of it since i lost my appetite right away doing what was right to me i took the food back let them know of the problem and who ever the tall guy was if he was management jokingly said what can we do about it if like no consideration towards the health of others im not going to say much of what he said but the show and lack of care for handling the food is just sad. Y'all...

This place doesn't know how to treat people with respect, they discriminate against people who are different. My uncle is homeless but he has money and he isn't rude to people, the blonde cashier that was taking his order on 12/19/22 which was Monday was extremely rude. Everything he would ask for she claim she didn't have, she would walk away and he would call to her "excuse me" and she would act dumb, my mom stepped in and once she saw my mom she was talking to her a bit better but then she saw my mom was with my uncle and proceeded to be rude to both of them. My uncles state of mind may not be up to par with this lady but he was never rude, he never posed a threat. She simply chose to be rude because he's different. He is a person just like her, why did he deserve that treatment? My mom was in tears to think that my uncle has to go through daily, he said "it's alright I am use to it" how sad is that. People like her are the reason this world is ugly. She never apologized nor changed her attitude. Who is she to decide that he deserved to be treated like nothing? Why was it OK for her to make my mom cry? She had no name tag but she has blonde hair. This was by far the worst experience...

I enjoy eating their food. The bad part is their service, but the SADDEST is that I continue to to support their business. The older tall lady (who use to work at Carnitas Michoacan) always has an attitude, as well as the other lady that charges, both have nasty attitude, and sadly no one to complaint to or that cares about customer service. On this day, nobody took my order while waiting in line of cars (2 cars ahead of me). As I approached the window to place my order, the lady right of the bat gave me her attitude. She was getting my order all wrong. I had to repeat (not kidding) 5 times. Then when I asked for large drinks along with my meal. She said they didn't have any. As she moved, there they had large cups, but yet she refused to sell me large drinks. I had to settled for medium. When I asked for Fanta strawberry, she gave me Fanta orange. I told her of the error, and she snap again. Their music was extremely loud, that could be a factor why she couldn't hear me that also contributed to her attitude.
