Cash Only Highly recommended Authentic Mexican Food!! Very welcoming environment. The Location is NoHo(don’t care who lingers, or is it clean outside) It’s CLEAN inside what matters. I’m here to eat(don’t care where the owners at) Let me start by thanking my daughter since she was eager to have me try their burritos & I was hooked. They have this habanero Chile sauce that’s I still dare not try but it’s a must. I’ve tried almost half their menu & not only is it very close to my roots its overall delicious. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and service is A++. My son doesn’t speak fluent Spanish so he tends not to order but to have me order but they’re always encouraging so he makes the attempt & they make sure to get his order right. passed by this place a million times and never tried it till a friend of mine took me there and its amazing. The food is cooked immediately after ordering so you know its fresh wait time varies depending on the order, but ive been there twice and the food was hot and ready within 15/20 minnutes. Fantastic prices especially for the ammount of food you get, they hook you up, go there and see for yourself. The only negative thing about Sandys Tacos is that its so good its allways packed with people so if you dont want to wait for a table, just get it to go. Everything was going along just fine, ordered two burritos for myself and a friend and and a large horchata for my friend and paid for the meal para aqui. Just under $20. Who knows how the food tasted because I asked for a cup of water and they told me they don't give out water I had to buy a bottle of water. This is not illegal but it should be. In my almost 50 years of living in Los Angeles and going to restaurants it's only happened one other time. So those are two Mexican restaurants that I will never go to again including this one.
