Smashers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I would never dine here again. First of all I was greeted by a man who gave me the dirtiest side eye possible and was extremely condescending while taking my order. Once I got my food I looked in the bag and not one, but two of my items were missing... When I told him they were missing he gave acted like it was my fault and as if I never ordered them. He was trying to make me pay for the items I had already bought again!!! I pulled out my receipt to show him I had payed for them and he didn't even apologize for the conumdrum that was his fault. My food was far too greasy and it made my stomach hurt. the space felt unsanitary and I wouldn't be surprised if there were roaches in the kitchen.... Overall terrible experience I would recommend McDonalds over this the food and experience...

I wanted a smash burger, so I took to google and came across Smashers, in the pictures the food looked delicious, I took to the reviews with the first being negative, and was like I gotta see this, because there’s no way its true. And by gosh, it wasn’t.

When I first walked up, i was greeted with a smile, welcoming us. You could see the whole kitchen, because it’s a stainless steel food cart, immaculately clean. Ordered a double with onions and was able to go half and half between the fries and onion rings, getting a little bit of both worlds. WORTH IT! Fries were good, but the onion rings and the burger were some of the best I’ve ever had.

I don’t eat meat these days due to the influence of my wife 🤣 so haven’t tried the food but I think the owner deserves a review for kindness! I was waiting for a tire change and his truck was outside of the shop - I leaned against a wall feeling a bit tired from the wait. And boom! He comes out of nowhere with a chair for me to sit on. What a nice guy!! 7 months ago I would’ve ordered way too much food from this truck, because I love burgers and the food looks amazing. Keep good people in business and buy...
