I placed an order for a pick up at 11:50. The app said that my order would be ready in 15 min. After I submitted the order, the app said to pick it up at 12:42. That's 52 minutes. Since I didn't have time to wait, I went to the store and asked them to cancel my order. The employee told me to cancel because he can't do it. I tried, but the app didn't let me, so I waited in my car. I went back at 12:42 and waited for another 5 minutes until the employee came out from the kitchen and asked if I had canceled the order. I previously told him that I wouldn't cancel. My order wasn't ready. He went back to the kitchen and canceled. After an hour of waiting, I left without my order. He could have canceled from the beginning. Also, there was only one employee at the store at lunchtime. The owner of the store is taking advantage of this guy. I don't...

I ordered the chicken teryiaki bowl and 2 Korean fried cheese sticks.

Chicken teryiaki was good. However it was a little oily. They lightly sauce it instead of drenching which is good. It comes with salt pickled ginger.

The cheese sticks.. I ended up returning them, the dough wasn't cooked all the way through it as like a sweet doughnut outside with melted cheese magically on the inside then slimy dough goo... yeah, that bad.
