I placed a mobile order for a drink, and the app notified me that it would be ready by 6:59 AM. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, the order was not ready, and the employee working was still opening up. Despite waiting patiently for over five minutes, she never acknowledged me, offered an explanation, or even a simple "I'll be right with you." Instead, she completely ignored my presence and continued with her routine.
At around 7:08 AM, I could hear her taking other orders through her headset. Then, instead of assisting me, she suddenly leaned out of the window and told me to go back in line to place an order--even though I had already ordered through the app. When I explained that I had a mobile order, she rudely claimed she couldn't see it in the system. I had to show her proof of my order, and rather than apologizing for the delay or the inconvenience, she dismissively stated that they open at 7 AM. However, it was well past 7 AM at that point.
To make matters worse, when she finally handed me my drink, it was undrinkable. Her attitude throughout the interaction was completely unacceptable--cold, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Before I could leave, she even made gestures at me, which I found alarming and unprofessional. I am unsure if they were meant to be gang signs or something else, but the behavior was highly inappropriate.
When I went inside to request the manager's name to file a complaint, she repeatedly claimed that she was the manager and that no one could do anything about her behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, she became even more confrontational, threatening to call the police. No matter how many times I asked, she refused to provide a name or any contact information for a higher-level manager. Then, just as I was leaving, she once again made more gestures at me.
This type of behavior is unacceptable for any customer service environment and reflects poorly on your establishment. I have been a regular customer at this location for a long time, and I have never encountered such blatant rudeness from an employee before. I also noticed that many other customers have shared similar complaints in Yelp reviews, suggesting a pattern of poor service from certain employees.
I expect a response from management addressing this issue. No customer should be treated with such hostility and disrespect, especially at a business they frequent regularly. Please let me know how you plan to address...
Read moreIt was awful. The employee working the drive thru was not very welcoming. She was very short and rude. I said what I wanted and she didnt repeat my order and very rudely said next window. When I got to the window I asked if they carried a drink that I saw on the website site. Instead of here saying I'm sorry I couldn't hear you she said with a frown and attitude. WHAT!! So I repeated it and she still had the frown on her face and said what's that. So I followed with you dont carry it and she replied with NO!! So I asked for a small drink and she rolled her eyes and said my total with a attitude. I handed her my card and she ran it aggressively passed it back and came back with the drink over flowing out of the lid. So in front of her I had to pour off the access liquid that would have dripped all over me and my car. I said thanks and drove off. When I tasted it it had a awful taste. The soda needed to be change it was obviously running out. I couldn't go back to return it due to already getting on the freeway and at the same time worried about what her reaction would be. Then I began to eat my food that was COLD!! Now my entire experience was the worst. I will never go back to this Burger King location. Thanks to the girl who hates her job and cold food!!! I dont even think this place deserves a 1 star. But had no choice...
Read moreBurger king has got so ridiculously expensive and they hire rude workers when you ask nicely abt the price being so high. Heres my story happened August 2nd roughly 9ish in the morning. I go through drive thru order a whopper combo with a coke and 4 cheese burgers. She didn't tell the price till I pulled to the window. She said it was $31 and some change. I asked seriously? The combo was close to $14 dollars and the cheeseburgers were about almost $4 each. Now if you've ever had a Burger King cheeseburger there is absolutely nothing special about it. It only has ketchup and mustard nothing else. I politely asked why it was so high she got upset and asked if I wanted the food or not. I told her to cancel the combo and just give me the burgers. She rolled her eyes and physically removed the food from the bag. Now I have no problem with the food being so high inflation is ridiculous right now but for a regular cheeseburger that has nothing but ketchup and mustard when they used to cost $1 is a little outrageous I guess she doesn't control the prices but she didn't have to be so rude about it. I don't think I will be going to Burger King for another 15-20 years. I will post a pictures of the regular cheeseburgers they have the only difference is they are in a sesame seed bun which was pretty...
