Let me start by saying the food is great. But this lady right here was upmost the rudest to me while I tried to order. This was my second time here and I was asking her about a certain dish, she couldn’t answer. First and foremost, I had to wait about 10 minutes before she Came to take my order and yesI might’ve been a little indecisive of what I wanted, but there was no need for the nasty look. I can tell She was irritated by the look on her face. The customers that she’s attending to here in this picture had just walked in and she attended to them with such courtesy and promptly. It was at that moment I wish I would’ve never came in here and gave them my business. Smh Never again Will they get my business.. all because of her...

Terrible place and poor customer service. Did a phone order, 1st tried said they were too busy, call back and hung up. When I tried again, took my order told me it would 3k minutes, could not give me a total just told me the price of each and told me to add it up. Hung up. Did not tell me it was cash only and did not take down my information. When I arrived there was no parking and a long line. My order was not ready and had to verify they had the order right. Asked for a manager but they did not let speak to them. My co-workers complain some had bones in the burritos...bad flavor on the meat and rice was over cooked. Just terrible overall. AVOID...

Trash, I swear I'm never coming back here. Out of the 4 plates we ordered every single plate was absolute garbage. We ordered 2 Enchilada plates one chicken and one cheese, they both looked like red sewage with soggy broken apart tortilla, topped with a bunch of inedible cheese. I hope this restaurant goes out of business. This is how much i utterly despise this restaurant. I can't even believe they would serve such trash to customers. I would rather go to any of the taco trucks around Van Nuys, and thats...
